Gostamos do hotel, mas o restaurante deixa muito a desejar!!

Localização espectacular; quarto espaçoso, confortável e limpo, elevador panorâmico...
Funcionários da recepção simpáticos e muito prestáveis, nomeadamente o recepcionista João (um exemplo da arte de bem receber, todos os estabelecimentos hoteleiros deveriam ter uma pessoa na recepção assim!! 5 estrelas)

Cons:

O jantar foi uma autêntica decepção...comida mal confecionada...os funcionários do restaurante péssimos, inexperientes (andavam "perdidos" no seu serviço), simpatia zero (tudo o que lhes pedia para o meu bebé era um frete, um favor que faziam...) educação por parte de alguns zero (parecia que a nossa presença ali só os atrapalhava)...a única funcionária simpática e profissional no restaurante foi a Anissa... a péssima experiência no restaurante acabou por "tirar pontos" à estadia no geral! Aqueles funcionários não tinham o mínimo perfil para trabalhar num restaurante de um hotel de 4 estrelas...acho que nem numa tasca...quanto mais num sítio daqueles!! Um dos empregados do bar, também não tinha educação, nem modos nenhuns!!
É uma pena!! Ficámos com pouca vontade de voltar, quando até gostamos bastante do hotel em si, do espaço, da vista... 😞

Schöne Ausssicht vom Balkon , Zmmer ist genügend gross, Dusche ist gut. In der nähe von vielen Restaurants.
