Warm welcome in ideal location
Pros:

The staff were amazing; everybody I spoke to was kind and helpful. I was travelling solo and I felt so welcomed - they even left cakes in my room on my birthday, which was incredibly thoughtful.
The hotel is in a fabulous location, my balcony looked out onto the ocean and there is a beautiful beach just opposite and a short walk to the busier parts of the seafront.
The room was spacious, comfortable and totally clean. For me, it was the ideal place to stay in Portimao.

Cons:

No parking...
Rude lady at front desk when I asked where I can leave car becuase car park was full, she rise voice and told me that this is mine problem.
I had do drive around hotel for about 30 min for a space.
