It was fine. Shuttle was good.
Pros:

It was a beautiful hotel and clean.

Cons:

I made reserations for two rooms on the same credit card. When I checked in the second room was under my daughter's name but on my credit card. I had to get her to come down when we checked in. She had 3 rowdy kids with her and I made the reservation. You might want to find a way when we book through a third party site to allow the person that makes the reservation check in for both rooms as I was paying for them. This was a hassle even after I tried to check in with her drivers license they still would not allow me to check in. I was extremely frustrated with the entire check in process. The only hotels I stay in are Marriott's and this was a very disappointing situation. Please try to resolve this issue in the future.

Pros:

Room was spacious and comfortable, 2 queen beds and a sofa coach.

Cons:

El día que llegamos la actitud de la recepcionista fue poco amable, tuve que volver a la recepción al rato a preguntar si el agua era potable, y me di cuenta que el recibimiento a americanos era totalmente diferente al de nosotros por ser latinos, a ellos les brindaban una bolsita con botellas de agua, a nosotros no. Le hice la petición de coordinar un traslado para mi hermana que llegaba varias horas más tarde y su actitud fue desagrado y lo hizo de mala manera.. por lo demás super bien, pero deberían mejorar el servicio al cliente
