Excellent location in downtown Seattle. Close to many attractions and only a short distance from the famous farmers market. A nice quiet location with an excellent staff. Pricing for the room was great. Our room was like a small apartment. All the conveniences of home but with a great staff to take care of extras. Hotel was always clean and neat. Great complimentary breakfast served each morning. Nice restaurant downstairs if you did not want to leave hotel. An excellent place to stay and a definite recommend. Kylie took great care of us during our stay. Customer service was wonderful and everyone was super friendly.

I must say it is a wonderful and excellent stay.

My wife, my daughter and me stayed in this hotel for two nights from April 7 to April 9. It is a very clean, quiet, comfortable, well-equipped place to stay. During the evening of April 7, my daughter broke a water glass, I called the front desk and cleaning staffs were immediately dispatched to make up. In the morning of April 9, all of sudden I had a formal conference meeting to attend, I contacted the front desk and asked for a late check-out at 13:00 and they (Kylie and Roberto) immediately agreed and extended the key cards with no additional cost. After we check-out at 13:00 on September 9, I forgot my card bag (with all IDs and Credit Cards) in the room and the cleaning staff (Victoria from Ukraine) founded it and asked the front desk to contact me immediately. I returned and got all my forgotten staffs.
Generally speaking, I really feel it is one of the most excellent places to stay, with very nice people in very beautiful city of Seattle.

Rori was so great with helping us set up our group reservation for a large group of students. The hotel was in a perfect location, exceptionally clean, and the service was fantastic. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and every single staff member said good morning, which I thought was such a nice touch. Loved the rooms, it was nice having a kitchen in each room.

Every staff member I encountered was joyful and high spirited at all hours of the day. Rooms were perfect and clean. Special shout out to Nikki Lauren and Sam who was at the desk at check in helped turn a bad day into a good one!

Stayed here recently and loved it! The location is super convenient about a 17-minute walk to downtown and major attractions. The hotel itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The continental breakfast was a great bonus with plenty of options like scrambled eggs, spicy hot links, waffles, fresh fruit, and more. Best of all, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Friendly service

Service was great. Staff were friendly, always greeted on the way in and out. Breakfast had a variety of options. Clean hotel. Location was nice. Walking distance from the Public Market, from the Space Needle, and various other locations. The convention center is literally across the street. Room service was done every other day. There’s a laundry facility as well that was convenient. There’s a small gym too. Overall great hotel with great staff.

I came into town on March 30th for a work trip and was originally supposed to stay until April 3rd, but my trip ended up being extended through the 9th. Thankfully, I had the pleasure of meeting Ifrah at the front desk, who made the entire experience seamless. She was able to keep me in my room and extend my reservation without any hassle.

Ifrah was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and brought such positive energy to the front desk every single day. I genuinely looked forward to seeing her—she made my stay feel special and truly elevated the entire experience. Her kindness and consistency did not go unnoticed, and she is a huge asset to the team.

I also had great experiences at the bar with RJ and Annie, who were both very friendly and made excellent drinks.

Thank you all for the wonderful hospitality during my time in Seattle. It was a fantastic stay in a beautiful city. And another huge shoutout to Ifrah—she truly made my trip an absolute delight.
