Pros:

Location! Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

They don’t service your room everyday, so I needed a new set of towels. After visiting the front desk and calling, they never delivered them or an extra pillow I asked for two days in a row. Rooms are nice, but small.

Comfortable stay with reasonable price and room facilities
Pros:

Good and quiet location, nearest 7/11 is a just four minutes walk. It’s very important because most of the shops and restaurants in Seattle close down by 8/9 pm when there’s still sunlight. wonderful front desk staffs who all were very welcoming with smile and facilitated quick check in/ out. Comfortable bed and pillows with good room size. Breakfast items were good with variety. Definitely I would love to stay again and recommend others too.

Cons:

Breakfast timing was not at all suitable for us from 6 to 9 am. It should be until 10am. There’s no locker in room. Breakfast staffs were very good but too quick and bold in closing down the breakfast area sharp at 9 am was a bit eye catching. Housekeeping forgot to replace the glasses, plates and teabags in the room.

Great experience, would come back again
Pros:

The staff, the state of the hotel, the quiet and safe neighbourhood.

Cons:

The location was good in general, but it was at least 20 minutes from anything worth seeing in seattle. However, one big plus is it's vicinity to the Westlake station.
