Convenient!
Pros:

Stayed here recently and loved it! The location is super convenient about a 17-minute walk to downtown and major attractions. The hotel itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The continental breakfast was a great bonus with plenty of options like scrambled eggs, spicy hot links, waffles, fresh fruit, and more. Best of all, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a lovely place to stay during the weekend for the anime convention.
Pros:

The location was just across the street from part of the convention, breakfast was great, the room was very comfortable, and staff were quick to provide assistance and answer any questions when I had one.

Cons:

The parking situation was the only hurdle due to the limited space. If they could find a way to have the spots counted and displayed in the lobby by the reception desk, that would be helpful as opposed to going down or calling in to check.
