Pros:

Dichtbij van Al Haram, kamers altijd schoon en het personeel is beleefd.

Cons:

Geluidsoverlast door nieuwe hotel exact ernaast waar het hotel niks aan kan doen. Ontbijt of avond eten is best wel duur obv het eten die je krijgt. De kosten lagen rond de €40 per persoon.

J'ai Booker une suite
Pas de fruit ni d'attention particulière grosse antenne relais collé à la chambre, je fais part de mon mécontentement on me propose d'autre chambres avec 4 lit disposé un peu partout dans la chambre une autre pas préparé je décide faute de mieux de conserver la chambre première avec deux lit simple alors que je suis avec mon épouse surprise j'arrive au petit dejeûner on me dit que c n'est pas compris je me redirige la réception on me dit que booking n'a pas prévu le petit déjeuner ils finissent par me dire que tout compte fait je peux prendre le petit déjeuner qui est déjà plus disponible tous les clients de l'hôtel avaient déjà consommer le buffet froid
A la fin de mon séjour j'ai demandé à parler au duty manager je n'ai pas pu lui parler trop occupé
L'hôtel est loin du masjid al haram vraiment à éviter
Aucun sens clientèle de mon expérience c un des pire ou j'ai eu l'occasion de séjourné 400 euros pour une prestation comme celle ci je me suis sentis lésé pas considéré.
