Pros:

The few staff we interacted with were very welcoming, smiling and went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction

Cons:

Though everything was ok, the closure of the bridge made the trip to and fro from the Haram a bit tedious.

Pros:

L'ensemble etait tres bien. Le personnel de reception ou l'equipe de nettoyage était au top. Notammement Monsieur Shafiqul Islam qui s'est occupé de ma chambre 308 durant mon séjour etait respectueux et appreciable.

Cons:

Une personne de la reception dont je ne donnerai pas le nom, a cause d'une perte de temps à moi ainsi qu'a ses collaborateurs de la réception pour retrouver mon passeport. Ses collaborateurs ont ete patient envers moi pour retrouver mon passeport et je les remercie pour cela. Mais pour celui qui a pris mon passeport et l'a mit je ne sais où, j'espere ne pas à faire à lui pour un prochain check in.

Good hotel nearby Mecca and market around

Cons:

Even though it’s close but construction around and the mountain there make it little challenging for elder people and who is looking for more comfort compared to surrounding hotels plus some distance to the towers market , plus the check in was pretty slow and late even though I mentioned my arrival time and got feedback once I set my arrival time.
