1-عدم تواجد وسيله للنقل (عربة جولف )

2-لم تتم الموافقة على طلبي بالخروج المتأخر من خلال مكالمتي لخدمة العملاء للفندق ، وهو أمر كنت أتمنى فيه بعض المرونة لاداء الصلاة في المسجد الحرام وشراء بعض المستلزمات الخاصه . لكن ما زاد من استيائي هو التأخير في إنزال حقائبي لمدة 3 ساعات عند وقت الخروج بحجة الضغط على الخدمه !!!

بصراحة، هذا يعكس ضعفًا في حسن التعامل والتنظيم الإداري. إذا كان وقت الخروج يشهد ضغطًا على عربات نقل الأمتعة، فمن الأفضل منح النزيل خيار الخروج المتأخر لمدة ساعة أو ساعتين عند الطلب. بهذه الطريقة يتم كسب رضا العميل، وفي نفس الوقت تحصلون على وقت إضافي لتنظيم خدمة إنزال الحقائب وتخفيف الضغط على فريق العمل.

بهذا الأسلوب يكون الجميع مستفيدًا: تجربة أفضل للنزيل وتنظيم أفضل لكم. آمل أخذ هذه الملاحظة بعين الاعتبار لتحسين مستوى الخدمة مستقبلاً.

Should have one floor as reception because 2 employee not enough

Very small lobby, very small reception, very small restaurant , only 2 active counter for reception not enough, as well cleaners have huge loads which effect their performance

‏تجربة سيئة للأسف لن تتكرر

‏موقع الفندق للأسف غير جيد وتعامل الموظفين كذلك غير جيد الشخص الذي لديه عائلة أو كبار في السن لا انصح السكن في هذا الفندق يحتاج شباب لديهم لياقة عالية لأن موقعه مرتفع جدا ولا يوجد توصيل للمواصلات من وإلى الحرم.

كانت إقامة جميلة والحمدلله

الطريق من الفندق للحرم قصير جدًا وقريب لكن عند العودة من الحرم للفندق متعب جدًا لان الطريق مرتفع

المكان جيد ومريح ونظيف، ولكن السعر اعلى من ما هو متوقع

الجسر مغلق ، لماذا يفتح فقط اوقات المواسم ، دامه من مميزات الفندق المفروض يبقى مفتوح على طول ، لان الطريق متعب
