We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it to others, once the expansion is complete.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, staff were kind, helpful and attentive.

Cons:

Due to the Haram Expansion we had to walk for at least 20 minutes to get to the King Fahad entrance.

أكثر ما ستلاحظه في هذا المكان هو مدى تعاون الموظفين والموظفات، وأمانتهم، وتفهّمهم، ومرونتهم في التعامل.

حصل لي موقف بسيط،
فقدت جهاز اللابتوب الخاص فيني وكانوا أكثر من رائعين في تعاملهم معي ومتابعتهم للموضوع في كل خطوة، حتى تم حل الأمر.

وأخص بالشكر الأخ عبدالرحمن الجابري، الذي كان على تواصل معنا في الوقت الذي احتجنا فيه للمساعدة، وكان تعامله محل تقدير كبير.

ولو كنت أعرف أسماء بقية الموظفين والموظفات كان شكرتهم واحد واحد.

الله يعافيكم جميعًا، ويجزاكم خير الجزاء، وما يحرمكم الأجر على أمانتكم وحسن تعاملكم. كل الشكر والتقدير لكم 🌷
