Stay was pleasant but services on arrival needs to be better managed.
Pros:

The resort meets all the basic requirements of a resort. The view from my room is very beautiful, feels like I was in Bali.

Cons:

The check-in was badly managed and I did not get a room until almost 6pm. From my arrival at 3pm to 6pm, it was total chaos in the lobby! There were so many angry guests in the lobby and it was totally out of managed.

It is a very nice hotel for a short stay in Zhuhai.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent with a fantasic view of the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macau Bridge and the Zhuhai Opera House. The Sea View room is spacious with 2 basins in the bathroom so there is no need to wait too long for using the basins if there are more than 2 people staying in the room. The staffs in the hotel are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Some facilities in the hotel room are getting old. For example, the basin drains in the room are always leaking despite being fully plugged. The TV remote sometimes malfunctions and becomes out of control (?Running out of battery). I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and the key to my room didn't work on the second night of my stay and I needed to go to the reception to rectify the problem.

Beautiful structure but mediocre service
Pros:

The rooms are very nice, the beds are comfortable, and the entire hotel is clea. The breakfast is fantastic. Everything else is mediocre or bad.

Cons:

The website lists 3 restaurants but two were closed when I stayed, which made it challenging because there is nothing in walkable distance. The only one open was the fancy Asian food place which is ridiculously expensive for the area and the food is awful. They claim to offer room service but the WeChat code doesn’t work. There is a big pool but there are about 10 chairs and they are located in the water, in the shallow part. The beach setting is nice but the water is brown and swimming is not allowed. I had a reservation for 4 nights, but at the check out their records showed that I was supposed to stay 3 more nights and that I arrived the night before my arrival (which is not possible since I was in a different town). However, the bill was correct but they did not provide an invoice since the dates did not match. They don't respond to the chat in the Booking app, but they finally responsed by email and provided the receipt.
