Disappointing stay at Bosville Hotel.
Pros:

Our room was comfortable, clean and wifi works well. Good view from the room.

Cons:

We were disappointed with Bosville . Unfortunately very much all due to staff. The lady who booked us in was unbelievably unfriendly, unwelcoming and remained so during our three day stay there. It did tend to ruin the stay for us . There is no parking at all as stated but no help is given in how to sort yourself out. In comparison to booking at other hotels they even give you a list and map and prices of where to park. Thanks to Katrina who in the end came through and was friendly.

Disappointing. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
Pros:

The friendly reception staff and barman. The location.

Cons:

The entire hotel was cold and draughty; the bar, the dining room, the bedroom and especially the hallway and stairway. The tiled bathroom floor was unheated and therefore freezing to walk on. There is no lift and the stairs are narrow and plentiful.

Great location. Great beds. Spotless clean. Great breakfast. Overall A wonderful experience.

Cons:

We were put in a room that was directly over the bar. The music was turned up at 8:30 and became too loud to sleep. Before that it had been unnoticeable The concierge asked the bar tender to turn it down and he had an attitude about it. The front desk lady remedied the situation and gave us a different room on the other side of the hotel but she had to take me into the bar to discuss with the bar tender bc she clearly wasn’t getting anywhere about the noise level by herself and thought maybe bringing me in would help. It did not. He basically told me “too bad”

Loved the Bosville
Pros:

Super friendly staff, lovely room, great breakfast

Cons:

We asked to move rooms for the second night as the heating plant must have been next door and was a little distracting overnight. Staff gave us a new room straightaway without any fuss

Gute Lage, Blick auf Meer und Hafen, nahe am Zentrum, freundliches Personal, gemütliches Zimmer

Cons:

Für das kleine Zimmer war es etwas zu teuer.
Im Restaurant, in dem wir morgens und abends gegessen haben, war es erstaunlich kalt.
Das Porridge zum Frühstück war in unseren anderen schottischen Unterkünften besser.
Aber ich meckere auf hohem Niveau.

Lovely, enjoyable and would be back when next in Skye
Pros:

The food was excellent,staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The fan in the bathroom wasn't working and loo roll could be a bit further from the loo.but my husband reported this to the reception
