We loved it and would come back again in a heartbeat.
Pros:

The cottage was charming, comfortable, and a welcome change from standard rooms. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant staff members were very attentive. Front desk attendant was delightful.

Cons:

Hotel was booked for the next night so we couldn't stay over.

Beautifull location to explore snd great hotel to stay.
Pros:

Comfortable rooms. Great location. Restaurant was excellent. Small bar good spot to try a whiskey at the end of the day. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean, cozy, convenient
Pros:

We loved our stay! The room was so cozy, had the best tea setup (and snacks + water), and the location was perfect. We loved being able to just walk down the stairs into the little pub and having breakfast here in the morning.

Our room was impeccably clean, the tub in the bathroom was big enough for a full-size mermaid (which ended up being me), and the little touches of hospitality and comfort made the Bosville one of our favorite stays in Scotland. I would 100% recommend staying here and will most certainly not hesitate to book again.

Additionally, I can't say enough good things about the staff--they are so thoughtful! It was my husband's birthday and they went out of their way to make it special for us, which meant so much!

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in
Pros:

The Bosville was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Superb in every way. Very thoughtful touches in the room, like quality products in the bathroom and gorgeous snacks, and the softness of the bed and the high quality cotton linen. The dinners were amazing and the staff were friendly. The view from my window was incredible.

Beautiful old hotel in a great location with lovely staff
Pros:

The room was very large, much bigger than I expected. The bathroom was also huge with a bath tub. The location is great, close to everything in Portree. Lovely staff and amazing breakfast

Cons:

There is a lot of noise from the bar. It didn’t particularly bother me so I didn’t ask for a different room but if that is something that bothers you I would ask for a quieter room away from the bar.

Split level room with bathroom down about six steps without floor safety lighting. Not great for using bathroom in the middle of the night.
