Ok for few nights
Pros:

Value for money, location, spacious, landscaping is beautiful , friendly staff

Cons:

Receptionist didn’t speak English. She wasn’t very knowledgeable when we checked in and said they only accept cash but later changed it and said they have a machine for cards. It wasn’t straightforward. Facilities are old, fridge didn’t work at first so they had to call their maintenance. Water power in the shower is slow. Breakfast is always Vietnamese food, no other options. I think the hotel is only good for Vietnamese guests. We only stayed here because it was holidays and hotels were fully booked. There was no lifeguard by the pool too.

I slept on the third floor, but the shower was the worst because there was no water

It was good to swim in the pool.

Cons:

I asked for medicine for flies flying around and cockroaches sticking to my bed, but I felt really bad because I received a used spray.
The meal was not clean, there was not much to eat, and the restaurant had less space than the number of people.
I slept on the third floor, but the shower was the worst because there was no water.

Very nice location,mentally soothing hearing the waves lapping on the beach in front of our villa.

Cons:

No room service, it was a feature of our stay 3 years ago. Ordering cooked food to our room and poolside. They have since stopped doing it.
