Pros:

Hotel was closed when we arrived despite paying them in advance,this caused alot of inconvenience as we had planned a trip including hire cars,it was raining really strong and roads aren't the safest,when we eventually managed to contact the hotel via phone (as we couldn't find it)they told us it wasnt open yet,im not sure if its even been built yet,we had to spend time looking for a different hotel and contact hotels.com and ask for a refund,still waiting for the refund.
The worst experience iv ever had using a pre-booking site

Slecht geregeld.
Pros:

Daar aangekomen blijkt dat het Hotel volgeboekt was, geen medewerking ander onderdak te vinden, zelf op zoek gegaan met taxichauffeur na enkele uren een leuk, gastvrij Hotelletje gevonden.
Al met al een slecht begin na een lange reis.
Dag daarop contact gehad met Hotels.com, zou allemaal geregeld werden.
Verder geen communicatie van Hotels.com invangen. bv een mailtje o.i.d. Zou wel gepast zijn geweest.

The website said free shuttle service but the lady working the desk made us bay a ton of money for a shuttle just in to Khao sok.

Pros:

Very friendly and accommodating, amazing views of the mountains and jungle. Extremely comfortable bed and nice clean room.
