The employees were nice and helpful
Pros:

Close to surfing areas and other places to stroll around.

Cons:

Signing papers what is inside the hotel like how many soaps, towels etc. Not allowed to eat and drink your own food in the reception area and at the same time dining area. The air conditioning was loud.

Our hotel stay was fine overall but I would stay clear of room 304.
Pros:

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating and the food at the restaurant was quite good.

Cons:

I booked 3 ocean view quadruple deluxe rooms all right next to one another. Rooms 303 and 305 we're fine. The bathroom in room 304 smelled horrible even though it appeared clean. It was very apparent that it's a known issue since it was the only bathroom that had an air freshener in an attempt to cover up the sewage stench. The free wifi was unreliable and didn't work most of the time.

Our stay could have been perfect if not because of the two ladies in the front desk.
Pros:

Room is clean with complete amenities.
Breakfast s plated. Good they have a takeaway option
Clean swimming pool with area for kids.
Beach is just across the hotel.
Staff in the dining area are nice and accommodating.
Staff adf keep the area around the pool clean.

Cons:

The two ladies in th front desk/receptionist are nott welcoming. Doesn't eveb smile.
The location of our room is so bad. It's across the dining area.
