once we got into the room it was superb, great value for money
Pros:

the space in the room, the bed, the shower, there is a supermarket across the road, cleanliness, modern feel

Cons:

the check in process was a little tricky as we did not realise where the pub was that we had to go to and as we were a couple of minutes late we were feeling a bit stressed about being late for check in

Enjoyed our stay - would stay again
Pros:

Very comfortable- great food at hotel close to shops and easy access to Hobart

Cons:

Parking was a bit hit and miss- would have liked dedicated parking outside of room - had to take pot luck in the council car park

Parking better than none but not specific allocation per room so potluck how far from your room you are.
