Cons:

我们预约了3天，并与前台沟通取消了第3天的预订，但后续酒店并未跟进此事与booking完成退款手续，且酒店前台电话极难接通，导致我们无法完成退款。另外，酒店前台上班时间太短，早上10点以后才有人接应，这也对我们的行程安排造成了一定的麻烦。下次我们不会再选择这里。
