Well located in shopping precinct with a variety of stores available. Hotel in the same complex with restaurant and usual pub facilities. Short walk to beach and parks.

Cons:

Upstairs room with outside stairs access not suited to limited mobility. Busy traffic area on corner of major thoroughfares.

Pros:

I booked my son in for a weeks stay and he was very happy with this accommodation. The room was large with a great view. Extremely clean with good facilities. He was more than pleased with what I had arranged.

This place was surprisingly good. My room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Would stay again.
Pros:

It was surprisingly quite. In the past I've found staying at pubs can be a bit noisy but not here. The accommodation was completely separate to the pub and well back from the road.

Cons:

It was at the junction of two busy roads but this was only a minor inconvenience.

As expected, great for Bruny transfer
Pros:

Room was huge, shower pressure great.
Lovely mountain views.

Cons:

In number 13, fridge compressor very noisy. Switched it off. Long black hairs on walls in bathroom but rest clean.

Would be nice to have a small wall light in the morning instead of the massive basin light that was super bright.
