The staff is excellent.
Pros:

The staff: Tajai, Noquesi, Dejay, John, Lauren and Tia were super helpful, genial. They made us feel like we were VIPs. They were attentive to every need and requested.
Our compliments go out to the manager. He obviously values the staff and credits them for the friendly and helpful atmosphere at this hotel. Thank you for the hotel history. The whimsical Alice Through the Looking Glass was delightful but not overdone.
Thank you for a wonderful stay in Philadelphia.

Perfect stay for mummer’s parade.
Pros:

The location and price were great. We came for the mummers parade on Jan 1st and it was an easy walk. Great, free breakfast in the morning.

Cons:

The room layout with the 2 queen beds is weird. One bed is really close to the wall with the tv and then there’s a little area with a desk. It’s an old building they converted so I guess they did the best they could.

Pleasant and comfortable.
Pros:

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The bathroom especially was fairly luxurious with a very nice shower. Location was great, only a few blocks to the plaza.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit on the smaller side but not so much that it was annoying.
