An amazing hotel from start to finish. My 12 year old son and I had the best time ever
The greatest staff, throughout the entire hotel, I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. From the concierge, to the restaurant staff, to the cleaning staff. Just top tier service unlike anything else I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve stayed at the Taj in Mumbai. The food for the breakfast buffet, the dinner buffet and the in room dining was exceptional and a really good, safe way, of experiencing Indonesian dishes I’ve never tried before. The chefs take real pride in their work. The concierge staff, Munir in particular, helped me out with multiple things including scooter rental, a jeep tour of Merapi, and transport from the train station, plus load of info about local attractions and services. I had a massage in the spa which was also very good and very reasonably priced for a five start hotel. The whole experience was excellently priced for someone used to rip off rip off Britain. I will definitely be returning to this hotel one day, and next time with the whole family! Also there’s a mall attached which was really nice and modern with lots of eating options, and also Keisha Laundry just around the corner from the hotel is great for cleaning any dirty clothes you have. I honestly can’t recommend this hotel enough.
The fact that the pool shut at 6pm for cleaning, and you couldn’t go back in until 10pm, this cleaning should be done after mid night.

La literie est bonne et propre, avec deux oreillers moelleux à disposition par personne. La couette tient chaud, juste comme il faut.
La température de la chambre peut être adaptée selon vos goûts.
Les chambres sont d'une taille correcte. Elles sont correctement fournies et équipées, comme on en attend pour un tel établissement.
Les éléments à disposition (thés, savons, etc.) sont bien.
Le wifi est rapide en chambre.
Le petit déjeuner est bien, répond à sa fonction avec une multitude de mets accessibles en buffet.
Le menu du diner servi en chambre est bon et en quantité correcte en ce qui concerne les entrées et les desserts, mais moins qualitatif concernant le plat principal (même pour de supposément bons morceaux de boeufs).
Bref, à peu près ce qu'on attend au minimum d'un "5 étoiles".

Pas de fiche explicative de tous les services (et extras possibles) proposés dans l'hôtel, de leur étage et de leur prix. Néanmoins, cela est mis à regarder sur un diaporama qui s'affiche sur la télévision de la chambre. Ce n'est que peu pratique pour chercher une information en particulier.

De même, il serait cohérent avec ce type d'hôtel d'avoir un livret de recommandations des activités (visites, restaurants) à faire localement et des moyens de les réserver (site internet ou numéro de téléphone), ainsi que des lieux à éviter dans la ville.

La télévision ne semble pas être de haute définition dès qu'il s'agit de regarder les chaînes disponibles. Par ailleurs, il serait agréable d'ajouter Euronews aux chaînes disponibles.
Conseil pour l'établissement concernant les plats (dîner) servis en chambre : il serait utile de demander au client s'il souhaite voir ses plats servis en même temps ou en décalé (typiquement toutes les 20 minutes), surtout lorsqu'il y a une forte activité (compréhensible) en cuisine. En effet, lorsque tous les plats sont servis en même temps, le dessert (s'il contient une glace ou une crème chantilly) a le temps de fondre pendant que le client mange l'entrée et le plat principal, et surtout si le plat principal est en retard. Également, il serait agréable d'inclure les frais de service dans le prix des plats à la carte des menus.
Dommage qu'un des deux oreillers fourni par personne ne soit pas plus ferme pour satisfaire toutes les préférences.

Le chocolat chaud n'en est pas un. Il est assez courant que cela soit mal fait mais pour un établissement de ce type, cela est vraiment inacceptable, même en Indonésie.
Location next to mall, restaurants with wide variety and staff is friendly and helpful.

I stayed at your hotel for three nights and truly enjoyed my time there.
From the very beginning, I received a very warm and friendly welcome. The ladies at the reception were extremely courteous, attentive, and professional. Throughout my stay, I noticed many kind and helpful staff members, even though I unfortunately cannot remember all of their names.
However, I would especially like to mention Vivi, who welcomed me in such a warm, natural, and genuine way. People like her truly make the difference. At the Yogyakarta Marriott Hotel, guests are welcomed with great hospitality and made to feel comfortable from the very first moment. No request was left unattended.
The room was also first class. It was very spacious, comfortable, and offered plenty of space to work efficiently. From my perspective, there was absolutely nothing to complain about.
Another highlight was the breakfast buffet. The variety and quality of the food were truly impressive and of a very high standard. It was almost unbelievable how many options were available, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared.
I will certainly return to Yogyakarta in the future, and I will definitely stay again at the Marriott Hotel.

部屋は非常に清潔で広く、またシャワールームの水圧や温度調整、排水などの設備も素晴らしかったので快適に過ごせました。またショッピングモールと隣接しているため飲み物や食事などのちょっとした買い物にも便利です。
チェックインの際に一つのカウンターで長時間待ちました。他のスタッフの方が対応するなど柔軟に対応してくださればさらによかったと思います。
またチェックイン時に依頼した荷物の部屋への運搬は入室後再度電話でリクエストする必要がありました。内部連携が円滑であればさらに快適だったかなと思います。

Beautiful hotel with happy and very helpful staff. Nisa in the restaurant even introduced me to delicious Indonesian foods that I never would have tried without her kind guidance.
Location is excellent you can see Merapi volcano from window.
Atmosphere is the most genuinely nice people.

we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service is impeccable and the staff is very kind and helpful. The facilities, SPA/swimming pool/gym, are very well set up.
