Beaucoup d'efforts pour peu de résultats
Pros:

Bien localisé avec un grand mall attaché à l'hôtel, donc très pratique. Le personnel était à l'écoute et teès sympatique (surtout Vivi).

Cons:

La prière à 4h30 du matin. Impossible de ne pas se réveiller même avec des bouchons. Nous avons demandé une autre chambre après la 1ière nuit (nous avions 4 nuits) mais la seconde chambre, un peu moins bruyante) était très humide. En fait il y avait une odeur d'humidité qui ne partait pas. Ils ont installé un purificateur d'air mais rien à faire.

Will definitely stay here again when in Jogja.
Pros:

Everything was excellent, the staff, the room, the hotel facilities. The fact that it is adjacent to a big mall, with many nice shops and restaurants, is also a plus point.

Cons:

The only drawback was the unavailability of room service for 'sahur'. It is very cumbersome to have to tidy up and look presentable to go down to the hotel restaurant at 3 AM, to then go back to sleep again afterward. We ended up just having pre-bought bread in the room.

Pros:

Connected to Pakuwon Mall. Easy access to anywhere.

Cons:

Expensive breakfast 😅, although it is very good. IDK why the prices is different when u want to add after checked in.

快適な空間で念願のボロブドールへ

ロケーションがちょうどプランバナンとボロブドールの中間で非常に便利
プランバナンで夕方雨に濡れて、それから
夕食に出掛けるのも億劫だったが、ラウンジの食事がとても充実していたので、その夜はそれで終わりにした。
ラウンジアクセスの部屋は別にチェックインアウトが出来てとても楽

Great experience
Pros:

Stay was fantastic. Great location cool interior great place to relax the staff is fantastic. I’m a Bonvoy card member and my status was acknowledged immediately. Arif the M Club agent way super helpful along with the rest of the staff. I had a five night stay and couldn’t have been comfortable.

Lovely stay. Staff very helpful. Rooms clean.

The hotel is clean, the staff very friendly. Ms Kele and Mr Ilham were very helpful with the checkin. Thank you to Ms Kele for recommending places to get local oleh oleh. Breakfast was great. Overall, great stay.
