Die Zimmer sind winzig, kaum Platz um Sachen abzulegen. Jedoch schöne Sicht über den Fluss. Leider läuft beim Nachbar auf der anderen Seite des Flusses sehr häufig laute Musik und bei unserem Aufenthalt hat er am Samstagabend eine laute Karaokeparty gefeiert. Schade, wenn man dort eigentlich Ruhe erwartet.

Fantastisk lille perle ude i junglen. Vi elskede vores ophold her, mest pga beliggenheden og personalet! Helt klart et sted man kunne overveje, at besøge igen. Vi kom også på nogle skønne ture, som personalet arrangerede for os.

Eneste minus var værelserne, vores dør kunne ikke låses og sengen er STENHÅRD. Men ellers et fint lille værelse.

The staff are absolutely lovley and super attentive. Can't recommend this place enough!

Very nice, quiet and relaxing. Staff is excellent, very welcoming.

There were workmen using chain saws from 8 am - 6 pm, daily, including Saturday. It was so noisy, even in our rooms.

Also, the rooms are just too crammed. perhaps, if they put less things in the room, eg, beds for two rather than three, there would be space to walk around in the room.

Finally, there are just too much mosquitoes. Suggest to fog the compound regularly.

Lovely place for a relaxing stay. Views from the room were fantastic and staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the location is somewhat isolated and taxis/transport in the area is on the more expensive side. If you are looking to explore the area yourself, it is not an ideal location

Do not expect too much but enjoy the greenery and the quietness. Room is small but comfortable enough for a person or two - very clean, no bugs, basic toiletries provided (no dental products, razor, hairdryer). There is a bit of language barrier (translation app is useful) but everyone was very friendly and accomodating. Food is available at the premise - all you can eat breakfast; dinner was simple, home-cooked style, very affordable. If you write an inquiry to the hotel email, you may not get a prompt reply as the person checking email/in-charge is not there. To sum up, I recommend the place and I would stay here again.

Une seule nuit réservée, mais une fois que l’on découvre les lieux, on a envie d’y rester la semaine ! Logement très charmant, propre, emplacement isolé mais vous aurez en contrepartie un cadre magnifique ! L’équipe a été très gentille et professionnelle. Je vous recommande l’hôtel.

Ruhig, direkt am Fluss. Man sollte mobil sein. Die Gastgeberin spricht gut englisch und sorgt sich um jeden Gast persönlich. Von Taxi bis Ausflug wird alles organisiert.
Das Essen, sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen war prima und günstig.
An einem Mittag waren direkt am hauseigenen Badeplatz 2 Elefanten mit ihren Mahouts baden. Tolles Erlebnis.

Das Resort wird mit viel Engagement von Kate, Ihrem Mann Alex und ihren Mitarbeitern geführt. Alles ist picobello sauber, sehr gute Betten, sehr gute Dusche, jede Hütte ist optisch und akustisch vom Nachbarn gut getrennt und hat eine gemütliche Terrasse mit Blick auf den Fluss. Morgens kräht der Hahn vom Nachbarn gegenüber.
Auch das Essensangebot ist gut, man erfüllt gern Sonderwünsche der Gäste. Man kommt auch mit dem Auto oder dem Krad gut von der Straße die ca. 500 Meter bis zur Anlage. Bis zur Bootsanlegestelle, wo die Touren übern Stausee abgehen, ist es ca. 45 Minuten Fahrtzeit.
Kate berät sehr gut, auch bei der weiteren Tourenplanung, auf der gemütlichen Barfußterrasse ergeben sich manch gute Gespräche zwischen den Gästen.
Die angebotene "Tour 2" mit Fahrt übern See, 3-stündiger Wanderung inklusive grandioser Höhlen-Durchquerung ( teilweise muss geschwommen werden ) war wirklich ein Erlebnis , bedarf allerdings wasserfester Schuhe. Die vor Ort für 50 baht angebotenen Plastikschuhe sind dafür geeignet, es gibt sie allerdings nur bis Größe 42.

Most perfect accomodation on this three weeks road Tag through Thailand. Rooms and restaurant are spotless clean and the garden is simply lovely to look at. Katja and her husband are lovely people and they make sure you will have an unforgetable stay at their resort. Excellent food is served in the restaurant and the big portions are really value for money. Also they will help organize all kinds of tours and activities you wish to participate in or provide information on self-guided options in the area. The sounds and smells of the nearby national park at and the peaceful atmosphere of the surroundings really make you wish you could extend your stay for much longer.

I can't say enough good things about this place!! My boyfriend and I only stayed here for one night, but it was absolutely beautiful. We wish we'd stayed here longer because we ended up loving it so much more than other places we visited, and my boyfriend noted that surprisingly the wifi worked the best here, even compared to the big cities. Kate and Alexander are lovely, Kate cooked us each of our meals (they were AMAZING) and she was around to have food ready at any time (i.e., when we woke up or got back from an excursion). Also, definitely book your excursions with them personally, Alexander will take you out himself (unless you chose a trip that requires a booking through another company, but either way they'll help you set it up). It's way nicer to go with someone that you're comfortable speaking with and who loves to answer questions and has the patience to wait and let you do things at your own pace. This place is incredible, the company is wonderful, the views and sounds of the jungle are breath-taking. It's such a homey place that it's easy to get to know the other people you stay with and enjoy your time together (or on your own if you'd like). We went on an excursion with another family, and we ended up laughing and talking during dinner, sharing drinks and even getting to know some of the other guests. Kate and Alexander pass through and share in the conversation and will tell you everything you want to know about living in Thailand, particularly the jungle.
