The room itself was very good. Safe and quiet and spacious. Comfy bed. Room had a balcony. No complaints at all about the room or foyer. I was disappointed that only on one occasion over 4 days that there was someone on the front desk who understood a little english. No help there at all for a traveller. Outside the hotel was atrocious. At the front door there are 8 lanes of traffic and a big intersection. Over all those lanes was an overpass as well. Noise was top level on the street but inside hotel in my back room it was very quiet. 15 min walk to subway a plus.

Hôtel avec un excellent rapport qualité prix qui pourrait rivaliser avec certains hôtels de luxe
Pros:

L'établissement possède une décoration magnifique et les chambres sont confortables et luxueuses.
Le petit déjeuner possède différents plats (croissants, gâteaux, nouilles ; raviolis et œufs préparés par un chef en direct, baozi, etc...). Les horaires de restauration sont larges (7-10h)).

L'eau chaude de la douche arrive vite et les prix du room service sont abordables (-100 yuan par plat).

Prix de la nuit très bas pour un hôtel d'une aussi bonne qualité..

La ligne 71 est juste à côté de l'hôtel ce qui permet de rejoindre le métro facilement.

L'ascenseur est rapide et les étages contiennent peu de chambres ce qui ne vous oblige pas à chercher pendant 5 ans votre chambre.

Présence d'un purificateur d'air.

Cons:

L'emplacement éloigné de l'hôtel par rapport au centre ville nécessite parfois de passer une heure dans les transports en commun. Cela est compensé cependant par la proximité de la 71 qui est juste à côté de l'hôtel.

Les pâtisseries sont surgelées et donc assez sèches.
Il y a peu de places dans le restaurant le matin et donc je pense qu'en cas de forte affluence il y a un risque que vous ne puissiez pas prendre votre petit déjeuner.
Lors du passage de la femme de ménage les éléments ne sont pas pas forcément remis à leur place initiale (les verres retournés, coussins du même côté) ce qui n'est pas digne d'un hôtel 4 diamants.

Завтрак в отеле шикарный, разнообразие блюд куда больше, чем обычно попадалось в отелях. Хороший сервис, уборка каждый день.

Cons:

Приехали в 3 часа ночи и заселения пришлось ждать до 8 утра. Хотя время заезда оговаривалось заранее и нас обещали заселись без проблем, т.к. в отеле круглосуточная стойка регистрации. В одном из предоставленных номеров стоял сильный запах сигарет. Когда мы на это пожаловались, нам предоставили другой номер, но там этот запах тоже был.

Pros:

We really like this hotel and stay here every time we come back to Shanghai. The location is convenient, the service is excellent, and the air conditioning works well. The only thing we wish is that the toilet area were a little bigger, with a bit more space between the toilet and the wall, so it would be more comfortable.
