Pros:

Quarto amplo e arrumado, porém não totalmente limpo

Cons:

Banheiro com problemas, água com cheiro muito forte de enxofre praticamente inviabilizando o seu uso.
televisão com problema, não era possível alterar o volume, quarto com a limpeza média, cortinas cujas e mesa com manchas.
Frigobar vazio, serviço de quarto lento (mais de 45 minutos para entregarem uma bebida, com uma ligação extra de cobrança pedindo para cancelar, somente assim entregaram).

Pros:

El servicio del personal, principalmente de Roxana durante el desayuno, ya que teníamos requerimientos alimentarios por gluten y su atención y preocupación fue con la mejor disposición. También en recepción y servicio a la habitación era buena la atención.

Cons:

Las amenidades de la habitación eran escasas. Tuvimos un inconveniente con la puerta, que se resolvió rápidamente con ayuda del personal de recepción.

la persona que hizo el check out

Cons:

El joven que nos hizo el check in.....mal capacitado, poco flexible y enredado, llevaba las diferencias y requerimientos nuestros a discusiones personales.
