Nice hotel , had an excellent stay

La ubicación, limpieza y comodidad de la habitación. Lugar muy tranquilo, silencio. Amabilidad del personal

Cons:

El desayuno poco diverso, panes y bollería añejos. Wafles parecían recalentados y muy muy duros. El agua caliente estaba más bien tibia, el queso aceitoso, como si llevara largo rato fuera del refrigeradora y las uvas con un toque avinagrado. El desayuno en mi experiencia muy bajo nivel para el tipo de hotel y lo que representa Hyatt

The restaurant is bad, for a 4* hotel. Breakfast eggs were raw, staff does not fully understand english. Too late opening time for a busy city full of tourists.

tranquilidad y buena ubicación
Pros:

la ubicacion excelente y habitaciones confortables, los pasajeros muy tranquilos y eso se valora al descansar

Cons:

creo que no existió mucha claridad en el check in cuando se me habló del pago de estacionamiento. Recomiendo pedir de inmediato el cargo a la habitación y asi ellos entregan una tarjeta rutilizable. Como yo no sabía aquello pague dos veces por separado.
