Tesisin konumu ve dekorasyonu güzeldi. Kahvaltısı da yeterli çeşitlilikteydi. Uçuşumuz erken saatte olduğu için ayrılacağımız gün kahvaltı dahil rezervasyon yaptığımız halde, kahvaltı almak istemedik; ilgili düzenlemeyi yaptılar.

Que me hicieron sentir muy cómodo para ser la primera vez que asistí a un hotel de esta calidad, soy joven, 26 años, y quise pasarla de la mejor manera posible y no me decepcionaron.

Cons:

Quizás podría haber faltado una introducción o inducción indicando cada zona, quizás estaba, pero yo no la vi, pero no deja de ser todo intuitivo.

Uma ótima estadia em Santiago.
Pros:

A localização é ótima, no Bairro Las Condes, muito bonito, no qual se pode caminhar e apreciar as casas e o Parque Bicentenario, próximo. O café da manhã foi muito bom também.

Esta muy bien ubicado en un barrio muy tranquilo y super.conectado.
El.personal muy servicial y correctos eso lo destaco la hospitalidad de todo el.personal

Cons:

Cambiaria las almohadas y la ventilacion o mucho calor o frio....el cafe de recepción siempre frio. Deberian mantenerlo caliente como en otros hoteles

Correcto, no sorprende.
Pros:

Habitaciones cómodas, lugar pensado para acomodar vuestras pertenencias. Internet es buena en todo el hotel, temperatura regulable de buen funcionamiento. Buena variedad en el desayuno buffet. La ubicación lo es todo.

Cons:

La atención en general del personal no está acorde a lo que uno espera de una cadena internacional tan prestigiosa.
Tuvimos un percance grave en el desayuno pero pudieron resolverlo para el día siguiente. Aunque tengo que reconocer que sucede en todo Chile, no están capacitados para recibir personas con celiaquía!!!
