Excelente lugar
Pros:

Excelente atencion de todo el personal. Muy buen desayuno

Cons:

El domingo por la noche no esta abierto ni el bar ni el restaurant para comer algo. Si se suma esto a que en el barrio la mayoria de los restaurant cierran el domingo en la tarde/noche es dificol comer algo

Not worth the money.
Pros:

The location is great.

Cons:

I had higher expectations for a Hyatt. The breakfast is not fresh, and the food quality is below average. I was locked out twice because the lock wasn't working. They said they would fix it during the day, but when I got back that evening, it still wasn't fixed. Later, after the janitor finally fixed it, he expected me to thank him!

Un buen lugar capea cualquier temporal

Excelentes instalaciones, personal cálido y atento. Frutos secos y copa de vino de bienvenida!! Maravilloso!! Llegamos el 8/oct que hubo temporal y, salvo x la lluviecita atemporal, no nos enteramos de los temas de mal tiempo por Fenómeno climático del
Niño, disfrutamos gratos momentos en familia.

A perfectly adequate stay, but nothing more.
Pros:

The location, with easy access to the Historic Center and Providencia, as well as Las Condes and Vitacura. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary bottled water in the room.

Cons:

The shower leaked quite badly, leaving the bathroom floor soaking wet after every use.

The breakfast was not quite up to the standard I expected. The selection was good, but the quality of the food could have been better.
