Hotel muito bem localizado e extremo conforto.
Pros:

Café da manhã muito bom. Conforto e limpeza padrão Hyatt. Localização muito boa. Restaurante muito bom. Bastante agradável. Muito perto do MUT e Costanera. Região muito agradável e com várias opções de restaurantes.

Cons:

Cheiro forte desagradável no quarto ao chegar, mas solucionado pela equipe de limpeza, mas sem a adequada ventilação acaba voltando. A sala de ginástica muito modesta, quase sem equipamentos.

La ubicación, limpieza y comodidad de la habitación. Lugar muy tranquilo, silencio. Amabilidad del personal

Cons:

El desayuno poco diverso, panes y bollería añejos. Wafles parecían recalentados y muy muy duros. El agua caliente estaba más bien tibia, el queso aceitoso, como si llevara largo rato fuera del refrigeradora y las uvas con un toque avinagrado. El desayuno en mi experiencia muy bajo nivel para el tipo de hotel y lo que representa Hyatt
