Assolutamente NEGATIVO!
Pros:

Arrivato in Hotel e riferiscono di non aver letto la mail, quindi la camera l'hanno assegnata ad un'altra persona. Ho dovuto soggiornare in un altro hotel pagandolo ulteriormente. Non hanno neanche restituito i soldi della prenotazione.
Provvederò per vie legali.
