Manila Lee - Malate Bayview Mansion

My stay in this hotel was amazing. I arrived early and was greeted by the property owner. She was very accommodating and lovely. I felt like i was greeted by my sibling from a long trip. I was taken to my room and was very happy of it. After a long flight, all you need is a comfortable room. Bonus i have a balcony where i enjoyed my coffee and looking at the fabulous city view at night. The property is very close and walking distance to shopping center and restaurants of your own choice from Japanese, Korean and the local Filipino dishes. I suppose to stay for 2 nights and decided to extend more nights. Highly recommended and was one of the highlights of my trip. Having a room away from home

Stayed here in 2018 was on the 24th floor great view of Manila bay and the city huge room Bret Wi-Fi close to lots of restaurants,clubs, nightlife in the heart of Metro Manila Internet cafe across the street banks all can be found in walking distance

I have stayed here a total of three times. The first time by chance was a great apartment really high up with excellent decor. The next time was pretty okay as well but not as good. Those times were 2018.

Being in Shanghai for all of Covid-19 I wanted a vacation once it ended so I thought I would go back to this property. Big mistake.

I was fobbed off at last minute notice (after having paid, no refund) into their worst apartment on a very low floor. The apartment had a major problem with cockroaches. It was infested. The furniture was old and shabby. The TV had one sole channel - a Phillippine version of Youtube that was useless. The electric cooker did not work propery and was not even earthed. The kitchen did not even have a extractor fan.

This place cost me top dollar and I booked well in advance - 8 months. But what really soured it was that there is a building site obstructing the sea view which the woman who runs this property failed to disclose. This situation completely ruined my time there and I stayed for 4 weeks. This place actually charges more for the sea view as well.

I could really go into depth about my experience but I do not want to do that...

In a word I was cheated by this woman who runs these properties. A case of 'welcome back and we will give you the bargain basement'. Not the way to run a business I think.

North of 1000 USD a month.

I wil never go back. Trust my review and avoid.

Property was cockroach invested everywhere...living room, kitchen, bathroom even inside wardrobe :(:(:( Everyday I as killing 3-5 cockroaches...YUKS!!!
Property shud be REMOVED from rental site

トイレットペーパーの交換を依頼しても持ってこない
キッチン付きだがフォークとスプーンが１本だけしかない
追加を依頼しても何の返事もない
テレビが24時間くらいで、ノーシグナルになり見れない

オーナーが不真面目でdepositをごまかされた。

베란다에서 보이는 탁 트인 베이뷰에 재떨이까지 있어 금상첨화였습니다.
에어컨세기는 생각보다 약했으나 선풍기가 있어 괜찮았고 게스트 킷으로 칫솔, 치약, 샴푸, 비누 제공해주고 타올도 큰 걸로 두 장 제공해줘서 좋았습니다.
단점으로는 바퀴벌레가 너무 많아서 잡다 지쳤습니다...
그리고 엘리베이터도 한 번 놓치면 꽤 오랜시간 기다렸어야되서 좀 아쉬웠습니다.
바퀴벌레만 없었으면 완벽한 숙소였을텐데 너무 아쉽네요

The view of Manila Bay is breathtaking. I like my room and my friends who visited liked it too. It is conveniently located to all the Bars, shopping and restaurants. The building has the lap pool that I used everyday. It also has a gym. Price was attractive. The money I saved meant I had more money for entertainment. Mrs Lee was responsive to my needs.

フロントにチェックイン時部屋が無いと言われ１時間位時間を無駄にしてやっと部屋に入れた

フリントの対応が悪すぎる

マンションの受付で聞くもわからず、チェックインに時間がかかった。アメニティはほとんどなく部屋のコンディションもあまりよくない。備品に劣化が見られる。部屋にも劣化が見られる

The floor in the bathroom in the unit needs to be replaced. The furniture also needs to be replaced.

Hotel très bruyant et accueil inexistant, surtout si tu n'as besoin de rien tu leur demandes.

セリーナーズとは違いシャワーのお湯も弱く、エアコンのリモコンは使えず本当に設備が悪かった。オーナーにははっきり伝えて改善を促した。

Very friendly check in process. The rooms air con we stayed in was broken. They did offer a room with air con but wasn't as good so we decided to keep our room which they gave to us at a discount. The room/bathroom needs a bit of a clean up but has a great view. The pool and the staff were the highlight. Also lots of security around the entrance so felt safe

The hotel rooms could have been cleaner. No condiments like soap, conditioner, etc. Blankets and sheets were old and dingy looking. Good location though..
