EL HOTEL Y EL PERSONAL... TODO ESPANTOSO ...
Pros:

Llegamos a la 2hs am nos despertaron a las 9ha am para que vayamos a pagar el hotel, cuando el check in era a las 12 hs am y pensábamos continuar 3 días más... cuando bajamos al vestíbulo nos bajaron el equipaje ..No había modo de entender ... tan siquiera comprendía a un huésped que intervino ayudarnos ... después de 3 hs ...comprendió la situación ... pidió disculpas ...pero el mal momento lo hizo pasar ... muy poca educación ... hablaba y se rascaba ambas zonas íntimas ... sonidos escatológicos de TODOS!! . jamas limpiaron la habitación, no cambiaron toallas y pedia papel higiénico para el baño y les daban servilletas....nos demoraban con el pedido al taxi... nos llevaron a otra estación estación de trenes con el taxi llamados por ellos ... queríamos el de Alta Velocidad y nos llevaron al tren común .. esto ocurría de madrugada .... por suerte encontramos gente de turismo a mis socorrieron ... fue una experiencia espantosa .. la peor q tuve en mi vida y soy una viajera frecuente, por trabajo o placer ...mi primera reserva con Expedia ... si trabajan con este sistema de hoteles ... no volveré a contratar por este medio

Average, medium standard hotel
Pros:

New hotel, nice environment, AC was workable, tissue - sandal wasn't supplied. Support staff should be more professional in the hotel service arena. Hotel is very near to airport. If you pay hotel fare during online booking as advance then would be great for you.

No confirmation/communication sent to hotel
Pros:

Had hotels.com sent my confirmation email to "Hotel Le Comfort, New Delhi" I would not have suffered. Hotels.com please wake up from slumber and see that no guest or customer suffers on your casual approach like I have had been into.
