Pros:

The room was very spacious. The staff was friendly and inviting. Also the free breakfast was delicious, it was fresh and tasty. Please keep up the great work you all do. I'm definitely staying at this property again when I bring my mom.

深夜のチェックイン・早朝のチェックアウトでしたが、フロントのスタッフの方には明るく対応していただけました。
中心地にあるので行動の拠点として便利でした。
1階にあるカレーレストラン、美味しいです。

샤워커튼이 없어서 사방으로 물이 튀고, 샤워장은 배수가 안됨.
조식은 조금 아쉬운 정도~.

Pros:

The staff at this hotel is very friendly- one receptionist went above and beyond and helped me find a dentist when I was in a lot of pain. The hotel itself is a bit older, but it is comfortable nonetheless. It’s a very close walk to Sukhbaatar Square and multiple museums and monuments.

Un buen hotel en el centro de Ulán Bator
Pros:

Perfectamente ubicado en el centro de Ulaanbaatar, personal amable y eficiente, instalaciones adecuadas, cafetería agradable a precios razonables.
El desayuno un poco flojo, pero es una muy buena opción en la capital de Mongolia.

２人泊なのに、水、バスローブがひとつずつしかないので電話して持ってきてもらった
その間にTVがつかないし、コーヒーカップはあるのにコーヒーがないことも判明
TVは2人直しに来たけど、だめだね、だけで帰って行った、何それ？
コーヒーもない、と言われたけど、2泊目にはインスタントコーヒー，紅茶が補充されていた、あるんじゃない！
ランドリーバックも2日目にはあった

シングルベッド２つの部屋だったが、一つは体重65キロの夫が寝返り打つとベッドが傾いてしまう最悪なものだった

朝食の始まると聞かされた時間に行くと、すでにたくさんの人が食事をしていて、おかずは補充されず、これまで見たことのない薄っぺらいオムレツに辟易

Pros:

The hotel does not have good communication with Orbitz. I had booked and a confirmation from Orbitz. However when I showed up, the hotel was full. They did find a neighboring hotel. My advice is call the hotel after booking to insure you have a room.
