Pros:

The staff were very helpful. That day I had driven a horrific road full of potholes and my car was making a noise. I asked for a recommendation for a mechanic, and the young woman at the desk called her father, who showed me the issue, then spoke to my mechanic by phone (in another state) and I was ok'd to continue my trip feeling comfortable that it wasn't a safety issue. What a kindness that was very much appreciated!

Cons:

I couldn't make the T.V. loud enough to hear over the sound of the aircondiitoner. I didn't want to bother the staff, so I just used the closed captioning.
