Amazing host and great location.

Chambre propre et spacieuse, mais service déplorable
Petit déjeuner très moyen et limité (un seul plat à choisir, après c’est payant. Et le plat n’etait pas copieux)
De plus, chaque demande, même minime, donne lieu à du marchandage, avec un comportement pas respectueux de la part d’une des personnes (sourire ironique pour nous demander de l’argent en plus pour tout et n’importe quoi)

Enfin, du bruit tard le soir et tôt le matin (jusqu’a 23h et à partir de 5h) juste devant la porte par les enfants (nous étions dans le 1er bungalow), pour ensuite se faire réveiller à 7h du matin par la même personne pour récupérer un chargeur dans la chambre

Bref, à éviter.
Préférez plutôt le Lucky Home un peu avant à 2 pas avec même paysage, mais repas et personnel beaucoup plus agréable (et bon) pour un prix similaire (avec piscine)

Es wurde sich sehr toll um uns gekümmert. Morgens um vier Uhr kamen wir in Phong Nha an und wurden von den Mitarbeitern abgeholt. Das Frühstück war lecker. Die Fahrräder haben wir kostenlos bekommen.

Awesome place! The owner picked us up from where the bus let us off in the centre. We had our own little house/apartement with a great bed. We woke up in the morning from the roosters singing in the neighbours backyard. Two feet out in the garden you can sit down and have breakfast served. They also help with booking cave tours. Free bicycles and cool local places for beers and food between the homestay and the city centre. The river is just over the road! The room was a bit cold (early march). Overall very nice and quiet.

The family is great!! Your their as their guests. They are warm, helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable, clean and working. Yes the air conditioning, lights, water heater all work!! The owner does maintenance and brings people in to help in areas not his expertise. When we were on our way they even gave us hugs and lunch to go. Really a wonderful stay... oh and there is family dinner each night... a must the food is made by the mother and daughter with some of the fathers rice wine as a kicker.

We had an amazing stay here during our trip to Phong Nha! The hotel is relatively new (around 2 years), well designed, spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff (especially the receptionist who speaks great English) went above and beyond to make sure our trip was unforgettable! They organized and booked tours, taxis and buses for us in the area and even waited with us at 4in the morning at the bus pick up location to be sure we caught the right bus. Can highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Wir würden vom Nachtbus abgeholt, Frühstück zur Wunschzeit.

This place has only one real drawback and that is the fact that it is approximately 1,7 km from the town centre and it’s restaurants and shops.
Otherwise it is clean and well run with Nan being the perfect hostess and the family that owns it making delicious meals and even wrapping them to go if you’re in a hurry.

While my bungalow was nice, modern and big, it was very dark, illuminated by only one window. Lights were needed even during daytime. Noisy, too, from people nearby who talked over each other the whole day. Bed was a little too hard for my taste. Rudimentary housekeeping. Amenities were not replenished (two small bottles of water and one little pouch of shampoo for a four night stay). Garbage was not emptied during entire stay. Huge, modern bathroom, but clogged drain flooded the entire thing.There was instant coffee and tea, but no kettle to make hot water. Sitting opportunities are very uncomfortable. Staff were very nice and friendly, but unprofessional. Good in-house food. Good Wi-Fi.
