L'emplacement de l'hôtel est super pour se balader, aller aux plages à pieds. Malgré l'emplacement central, très bonne insonorisation. Le petit dej, malgré le fait que c'est une assiette à choisir, très bon et suffisant.

Cons:

La douche est très vétuste et les robinetteries seraient à changer car ++ de rouille. La salle de bain est loin d'être pratique (petite). La piscine ne donne pas vraiment envie d'aller s'y baigner (eau trouble).

A great place for a calm vacation.
Pros:

The staff at this property were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The property is about 10 minutes away from the beach on foot.

Cons:

The property does not have an elevator. If you have mobility concerns, be sure to request a ground floor room.

Pros:

Struttura in ottima posizione a metà tra kata noi e kata beach. Lo staff era super gentile e disponibile, i thailandesi sono un popolo eccezionale. Il ristorante della struttura é BUONISSIMO, abbiamo mangiato il migliore pad see ew e pad Thai. Ti danno anche uno sconto sia per ristorante che per il centro massaggi. Assolutamente consigliato!

La piscina non era molto invitante, ma non fa niente perché sarete sempre al mare

Sdb avec robinetterie rouillée et moisi un peu partout
Impossible de prendre une douche sans tout inonder
Peut être y a t il des chambres rénovées mais la nôtre n’en faisait pas partie
Lit extrêmement dur
Pas d insonorisation, si un bébé pleure on l’entend comme si il était dans notre chambre
Un chat a miaulé toute là première nuit , pas d isolation, pas de repos
La piscine n’inspirait pas confiance niveau propreté de l’eau
Notre porte fenetre ne fermait pas on a dû la réparer nous même le premier soir, le deuxième une personne est venue
Les doubles rideaux ne fermaient pas et donc laissaient passer le jour

❌ Internet didn't work properly
❌ Charging outlets for cell phones weren't very accessible/too far from the bed
❌ Problematic/defective shower: there are two showerheads and one dispenses cold water while the other dispenses hot water
❌ I heard construction noise on the floor above mine at 8:30 PM, they were banging something in the room.

❌ Bad air conditioning: takes ages to work and is very noisy.

❌ Breakfast and services really poor: I asked for a bit of drinking water on my first day, since they only left one bottle in my room and we need a lot of drinking water here, I asked them in the restaurant (where they serve breakfast for the “hotel”) and they refused me, refusing to give me free drinking water. In a nice touch, where we know all the hotels give it for free (:
And breakfast is served as a "menu" and it's a small portion.

❌The pool is only open until 6 PM. WTF??? We're on vacation in a place where the sun sets at 6 PM (when I went) and obviously people are leaving the beach later because we're on vacation. It doesn't make sense to close the pool so early.

Een prima verblijf voor een redelijke prijs op een goede locatie.
Pros:

Goede locatie dicht bij mooie strand, restaurants en winkels.

Cons:

Het zwembad en de binnentuin was wat ongezellig en krap.

After 16 hours of traveling and getting there on New Year’s Eve at 3pm out room wasn’t ready. Didn’t even offer us a dri

Good location. Great bar and restaurant on the corner over the road really friendly with good food.

Cons:

Dated decor. Pool looked nothing like photos it was more like a big paddling pool. Quite expensive compared to all the other hotels we used in 3 weeks. Breakfast not worth going for.
