全体的に暗い感じではあるもののベッドメイクなど、基本的な部屋の整えは整備されていました。コンド自体の出入り口はオートロックです。
致命的なものは外出して戻ってきたらゴキブリが３匹も水筒を這い、部屋やトイレやシャワー室にも複数いました。安心できず一泊もしないまま早々にチェックアウトしました。
部屋のチェンジの声かけはありがたかったですが、配管を伝えばどこも同じようなものかと思い辞退しました。
安心して眠れない状況での宿泊施設に価値は無く、返金を希望したいです。

My stay was conformable and quiet

BTSの駅が２箇所使えて両方とも10分程度かかります。建物は古く廊下の音が聞こえます。バンコクでこの値段ですと妥当だと思います。

飛行機の関係で、深夜2時にホテルに着いたのですが、丁寧に受付して下さいました。

I loved my stay at Baan Mek Mok! They were so nice and accommodating. I felt very comfortable from the beginning. The front desk management is lovely and quick to help!

I enjoyed my last 2 nights at this hotel. It is good value and a nice quiet area 10 minute walk to the BTS. I preferred it out here then near all the nightlife and action. The room is big and comfy with good wifi and a belcony. There is a free gym too. No early check in allowed unless you pay 300 baht though. I will stay again next time.

駅から歩いて十分位ちょと遠いけどまあなんとか。LUXURY感は皆無ですけど、お値段なりで十分です。ランドリーがあるが乾燥機はなく部屋に洗濯物をほすところもない、私が泊まった部屋はwifeが弱くユーチューブはちょいちょい止まります。

Cons:

Shower too low for my height
Bed is hard
Pillows are awful
No chair so difficult to work on laptop
No room safe for valuables
10 minute walk to BTS
Nothing to do in the area after 10pm (good for me but maybe not you)
No bathroom amenities at all
Room only cleaned 2 times in 7 nights
No English from the girl (the guy speaks)

Overall it's fantastic value for money.  If long term staying in BKK I highly recommend it but if you are here a short while and want to see the sights or have fun the location is too far away.

The hotel is newly built yet a good one. The room is clean ans spacious with the basic amenities such as closet, tabe, chair, mirror, mini fridge and water heater.
The bathroom is also clean and smells good.
Every floor of the hotel has a microwave with extra plates available too.
The hotel is just 3 minutes away from 7-11 and motorcycles are everywhere ao transportation is not a problem.

The room and hotel are very clean and modern. These a large 7/11 (turn right from Motel) store a couple minute walk away with a couple restaurants (turn left 60-200 baht). One closes clearly while the other one closes at midnight. These not many places to eat to be honest hence they have a delivery service where the menu can be found at reception. I found it a bit hard to order cause they knew little English but I manage to add one number to LINE and sent her my order. Internet was good but dropped out a little. At night it would become a little slow but usable where it was fine during the day. BTS is about a 15 minute walk where these is Motorbike Taxis if you turn left (5 minute walk). I end up just using Grab to get around. It's in a quiet neighbourhood where reception knew little English but were very friendly and welcoming. The male reception would always pull out Google Translate if he didn't understand you. The other small thing I didn't like was the air conditioner which keep blowing at the same speed no matter the setting which kind of made it hard to sleep a little due to the noise. The lights were bright on it but I found on the remote that you can turn the A/C lights off which is great! Coffee and kettle in the room as well as a Microwave near the Lift. Balcony has a sink and rail to hang your washing.

These a very small gym on site as well as 4 washing machines which cost 20 baht to use or 30 baht for the large one.

If you want a more quiet location in BKK I recommend this place where the room was great.

Upon arrival no one was there to take my bag inside. (Single lady travelling with 7 year old Kid) The man at the reception is helpful and polite But the lady at the reception (bit elderly lady not the girl who sits in the evening) was polite ONLY IN FRONT OF HER BOSS I GUESS. This hostel has card system. I went out couple of times to 7/11 and do my laundry and other stuff by leaving my child in the room so I had to leave the card in the room and used the staircase. Only the problem was to enter inside. This lady made me wait twenty minuets outside till some one from inside open the staircase for me to go inside by saying she does not have the key to the door nor the card for the lift.... very strange. BUT the gentleman did open the door once and open the elevator as well with the card. SO I guess she was lazy to move from the chair :( Even while checking out she did not let the taxi come in I mean she did not open the barrier so I had to push all my three bags till the gate by myself... All in all no one speaks or understands english...

They have TV in the room but of no use. NO ENGLISH CHANNELS. cleaning is every three days. They have Kettle in the room but you have to bring your own tea coffee sugar with you. Microwave they have kept outside near the lift. Overall stay was ok except that lady at the reception!

Place to good value for the money, large room, clean, friendly staff. The only problem is they will only give one key. If one person goes out the other has no lights or AC! I asked for 2 keys for 2 people and they said it is not allowed by the owner. You need the key for the elevator and the power in the room.

Excellent place to stay, had some problem with google map and the Expedia phone number for the property doesn’t work. Grab car app has it on their app though.

寧靜的社區，沒有街頭小食檔擺賣，酒店附近沒有明顯地標。我住了五天，沒有服務員打掃房間，我掛了打掃房間的牌子在門口兩天，第三天就不掛了，只是我比較喜歡清靜，不打掃就算了。驚喜是我早上九時多到達立刻可以check in,不用等到下午兩點。房間亦算清潔亁凈，淋浴間水力充足，整體來說其實是一半半，畢竟價格尚算合理，就不要求太多了

Big room, decent air con, good bed and a pretty quiet area. Enjoyed my stay and whilst a bit out of the way it’s only 10 mins to a BTS stop.

If there was one minor gripe....there’s a decent balcony with no furniture to sit on, nor a chair in the room.

我訂了酒店後由於午夜才到，致電酒店要求午夜才入住，但網站電話不對，己空號，得expedia職員幫忙解決問題，但都要差不多兩天和多個電話聯絡，整體上還可以。

Close to the river. Quiet. Staff super nice. Bikes available for free, perfect to visit temples.
