It was a great stay and hope to make it our base the next time we visit Fukuoka.
Pros:

The proximity to Hakata Station is great. Several konbinis are located a few meters (7-eleven & Lawson) from the hotel. You can easily plan your itinerary. The staff are very accommodating.
