Good value for money, location was excellent. Buffet breakfast was very good.
Exterior facility was old, the swimming pool was a bit odd. I only had hot water in my shower, no cold water

the front service is terrible. You can't watch live on TV.

I would recommend this hotel..
only small issue i did not like the air conditioner was all in Chinese so it was difficult to sort out, and i could only get it to operate for i think .5 Hour at a time.. so it kept shutting down every 1/2 hour, so in morning was all too hot.... - However we all know this is 500 metres from the Chinese border .. I would recommend that staff set the a/c for any Vietnamese or other foreign customers amnd easy to fix...
