Grande Inn

rooms were super tiny and there is no restaurant near by very inconvenient, rooms.were worth 10$ and i was charged 37$ for it.like to get some.money back on this property, worst rooms evrr stayed

Very very small twin bed rooms. There is no daily room service or cleanup (even though I asked twice as I was staying for 3nights) had to live with Dave room conditions through out my entire stay.

Very small rooms as compared to what is shown on Expedia, water kettle broken, toiletries are old and leaking, bed had stains. Housekeeping was not done until we asked multiple times to do it. No room service until we asked multiple times.

Had to request for towels, toilet roll, etc,. The response was swift. The bathroom is a step up and this was a challenge for my 84 year old mom. Limited place to hang change clothes in the bathroom. Did the job. However, no breakfast and limited utilities outside of the room.

Amazing hotel. Staff were very supportive in setting up an early breakfast to accommodate our plans.

The grande inn hotel islockated in the city center away from the airport and eating places. It was invonvenient without room service for simple items like coffee or tea.

staff at reception (especially Prasanth)was so friendly...kind and helpful...cleaner staff did a good job on cleaning and tidy the room..bathroom also clean..overall we was happy with their services😊🤗

Not so bad, the hotel is not as spacious as it looks on the photo but overall it is hood enough. The service sometimes not as good as you would expect but at least they help you and do what they need to do. Thanks.

This was my very best hotel in Thiruchi. The staffs and the wway they treat the clients were very excellent. Best hotel to stay for a trip to india.

The property location was centralized , easy availability of food outlets and auto.The breakfast spread was decent . The room boys were engaging in their service. Kudos to them. However your reception staff were not interactive or even a least bit friendly , very business like .
Even your security guards were friendly.

The rooms are very small but otherwise it was a good stay. Unfortunately no restaurant for lunch and supper. Breakfast only.

Except for the location and hotel staff thee was nothing good to say. The breakfast was basic.
Tgere were no supplies such as coffee, sugar etc or soap, lotion etc on the room. Has to ask for everythibg. Overall experience was negative.

A real carton box.. okay for a day's stay. Cannot walk freely to reach the room phone.. and no work table.

We love this place. Rooms are super clean. Bathroom is good and shower is nice. No outside light in our particular room but it was very well lit. Everything worked. Plus a bonus, even though they don't have restaurant, they do offer a fabulous breakfast. Best one we had in Tamil Nadu. (it's been a month). Close to both Srirangam and Jumbukeshwara temples. Definitely would come back here.

Good hotel in central location. Double rooms are a little crammed. Good amenities in room.

We had very horrible and disappointed stay in this hotel. Especially the front end officer was very rude n unhelpful. He was not professional and not understand about our booking. It took minimum 1 hour for us to get 3 rooms. The rooms are tiny and not able to keep our luggage and looks like budget hotels. The room service horrible. totally waste of money & request foreigners not to consider this hotel for their stay in Trichy.

The staff was really nice and the rooms were upgraded. We appreciated that, and the food delivery was fast and delirious.
