Wouldn't stay here
Pros:

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! BEWARE!

Had to drive 1.5 hours on a motoscooter back to Chiang Mai at 1:30am because the rooms are infested with GIANT ants in the beds, and hundreds of small ants in the bathroom. They tried to move us to a different room and right when I walked in a giant ant crawled across the pillow on the bed.They offered to place me in a "different area/room", if i paid them more money! They essentially tried to extort money out of me just so I could have a non- infested hotel room.

I've tried to get a refund from hotels.com because of the infestation and the fact I never even slept there- but they refuse.The hotel and hotels.com refuse to take any responsibility. At this point I'm forced to litigate the situation just to get my money back.

I've got small room - the pics were deceptive
Pros:

I booked standard rooms but found out there are small rooms (and were designed for accompanied people such as tour guides or drivers). Our rooms are hidden at the backyard and we can't see any view from the room. One of the room we book doesn't even have windows (it's only small air vent inside the room, not really what you can call windows.) You should book other type of rooms in order to get appropriate room type for your vacation (i.e. rooms in bungalow style houses).May be it's because I didn't look carefully when I booked but I think the pictures of the room were deceieving.
