Nice clean room , friendly staff

Very poor breakfast.I stayed room 901 when using handwashing basın water coming ın the floor and smells like a toilet very bad smell

Staff is wonderful. Really! They are attentive to your needs and always willing to assist. Love this hotel.

Whenever I'm in Bangkok I always stay here. After trying various hotels around the city over the years, for me this is the best combination of price, quality, location and customer service.
Good basic well airconditioned gym, nice bar/restaurant on site, lovely soft high quality comfy beds and pillows, quiet premium feel rooms.
Located 5 minutes walk to main entertainment areas bars/restaurants/massage and Nana BTS station. Two 7-Eleven stores 3 minutes walk.
All the employees are so genuinely friendly and helpful from the reception to housekeeping. Patcha and her team on reception are amazing and have gone above and beyond to help me in the past.

We have stayed here at citrus suites on a number of occasions and always enjoyed it. Excellent rooms, all staff are so friendly and always make us welcome infact they are good friends now. Patcha on reception is a great host and Ning makes the best pina coladas. Food, bar and all facilities are first class. We will always stay here when we come to Bangkok.

Great location and staff. Payu helped us with all the things we need. Will come back again when I back to Bangkok.. However weekend it will be very bad traffic and could not get any grab.

I had the pleasure of being served by Nok during my visit in Bangkok, and she truly made the meal unforgettable. From the start, her warm smile and kind energy stood out. She was attentive, professional, and always seemed to know what I needed before I asked. What impressed me most was how personal she made the service feel—she treated me not like just another customer, but as a valued guest. In a busy restaurant she remained calm, patient, and genuinely engaging, which made the experience so much more enjoyable. Nok is a rare gem, and anyone fortunate enough to be served by her will quickly see how special she is. Highly recommended!

I have just stayed at the citrus suites once again. It remains a true gem of a hotel which is kept incredibly clean and at the price point fantastic value for money considering the quality and standard of the rooms. The hotel is conveniently located on Sukhumvit Soi 6 (a quiet street of the busy Soi 4) with good access to all the area has to offer and the skytrain. Staff are very friendly and supportive. I'll definitely be returning again and again as a solo traveller or with my family.

Great place to stay for Nana night life and more. The gym is nice as well as the pool and roof top bar. The bar restaurant serves good food, Thai and western. The house keeping staff are awesome, especially Takky. She would work around my odd sleeping hours and always made up the room in a top notch fashion. Thank you Takky!

I had the opportunity to use the services here and I was very impressed. The food was delicious and suited my taste, and the service from the staff was excellent especially from Khun Nok, who served with great diligence and a warm smile. This visit was truly worthwhile and left a lasting impression. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back again.
