De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel.
Het eten in het restaurant vonden wij echt niet lekker. Het ontbijt was echter wel goed. De mogelijkheid bestaat om eten te bestellen op de locatie van de huisjes (ontbijtmenukaart) en dit was wel lekker.
Na het zwemmen in het zwembad had mijn (en dat van mijn zoontje) blonde haar bauw/groene lokken. Dit is er na een week nog niet volledig uit. Het zwembad was top qua zicht en ifv ontspanning, maar bovenstaande doet mij wel vragen stellen bij het product dat ze gebruiken om het zwembad proper te houden.
De rust bij de verblijven was top. Je kan wel niet echt even buiten het verblijf op je gemak gaan wandelen. Je hebt zeker vervoer nodig om ergens te geraken (het hotel regelt dit met veel plezier voor je).

La tranquilidad, el espacio, el trato y cercanía de los empleados.
Durante la noche hay gallos cantando, se comunican entre ellos, y una de las noches la llamada de las oraciones en altavoz que nos despertó, externo al hotel por supuesto.
Bellissimo resort in mezzo alla natura. Camera grande con vista spettacolare. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Ristorante a 3 minuti dal resort con navetta.,Spa fantastica. Consigliatissimo.

We loved our time at Rajaklana- the resort is beautiful and peaceful, but still well-connected to Jogja. The environment, staff, and room were all wonderful. Thank you to the team for such an enjoyable stay.

I normally don't write reviews for my stays, but this one definitely deserved one. We just had our 4-night stay in the flying wooden house at Rajaklana resort and it honestly was probably the best stay we've ever had.
The resort itself is absolutely beautiful with stunning views, especially from the pool. Everyone was so incredibly kind and helpful, we were honestly quite stunned by it. The room was very clean, the bed is seriously comfortable and they had housekeeping every day.
Additionally the restaurant and food was great! You could also order it to your room, which was perfect for our day in!
We extended for 2 more nights because we liked it so much here!
The staff at Rajaklana was truly wonderful! Always so kind and willing to help. They had good english skills and gave us good recommendations. We could contact them via whatsapp which worked really great for short interaction. I also booked a massage and also there the staff was really friendly and made sure I had the best time.
Due to our own bad time schedule, we arrived too early and had to wait about 2 hours before our room was ready. In the meantime, the staff offered us a drink, we could shower, and already chill at the resort which was super kind!
Honestly, If I could give more stars for the staff I would!!!
In addition, the resort was very clean and tidy. I saw the staff constantly working, sweeping the pathways, cleaning.
Unfortunately the pool was closed for 1.5 days due to maintenance. Also there was very loud music in the morning at 06:00 AM
