12th floor spa was good and the view from the lobby on the 11th floor, as well as the room itself on the 7th floor at night were cool.
Prior advice from staff would be useful in case you are there when an earthquake hits....the procedure in Japan is such that you stay inside the building/hotel unless instructed otherwise...We did not get these instructions...so we took the fire escape down to the street...which is actually not what you are supposed to do.

Ottima posizione, colazione buona, onsen bello.
La stanza da 4 persone è un loculo. Invivibile. Abbiamo dovuto spedire le valigie prima per poterci girare nella stanza. Ci siamo dovuti andare a lavare ogni sera all onsen perché il bagno era ingestibile per 4 persone.
Nachdem das Candeo in Osaka uns schon sehr überzeugt hatte, mussten wir bei dieser Reise erneut in einem Candeo übernachten! Die Lage nahe Shimbashi ist sehr gut zu erreichen.
Beim Betreten des Hotel strömt ein angenehmes Raumparfüm entgegen, welches ich mir auch für Zuhause gekauft habe.
Das Zimmer hat eine gute Größe und die Sitzecke am Fenster finde ich persönlich großartig! Das Bett mit den Simmons-Matratzen ist super gemütlich und darauf habe ich sehr gut geschlafen. Mein Mann hat die Sky Spa jeden Abend genutzt, auch wenn diese kleiner ist als in Osaka.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und man kann über den Fernseher die Reinigung des Zimmers jeden Tag einstellen.
Um die Waschmaschinen nutzen zu können, muss man sich eine App herunterladen und den Waschvorgang digital bezahlen (fand ich super, da die Waschmaschinen nicht ständig belegt waren). Das Frühstück hatten wir nicht dazu gebucht, da an jeder Straßenecke ein konbini steht.
Mini Kontra: Beim leeren des Mülls wäre es super, wenn auch Klopapier nachgefüllt wird (ohne dass man die Zimmerreinigung bucht)
Good breakfast, the room was clean, also the reception was nice. Around the hotel we had plenty of restaurants, shops and the station was at a 5 minutes walk.
It was a very bad smell in the room. The hotel should do something about this because our friends also had the same problem with their room.
Il quartiere e la posizione dell'albergo è ottima. c'è la spa all'ultimo piano e il personale è molto premuroso. Scelta della colazione molto ampia e ben presentata. Ci sono tantissimi ristoranti attorno all'albergo e la metro è vicinissima.
Da europeo, le camere sono molto piccole. Non c'è un armadio per mettere i vestiti. So che è una cosa tipica giapponese però loro rifanno solo il letto e la pulizia del bagno, non passano l'aspirapolvere durante tutto il soggiorno e non credo che abbiano cambiato le lenzuola.

朝食メニューの8割位が毎日変わって美味しく頂きました
清潔でありながら空間の質も広さも申し分なく
