- 목욕탕이 너무 좋았음.
- 한국어를 하는 일본인 직원이 있음. 직원들이 전체적으로 모두 친절함. 적극적으로 도와주려고 함
- 호텔방도 일본호텔치고 넓은 편이었음.
- 호텔 주변에 가볍게 한잔할 수 있는 이자카야가 많음. 맛집 많음
- 교통 편리함. (JR/metro)
- 도쿄역 / 긴자까지 천천히 걸어갈 수 있음. 황궁런도 가능함

Tried it just to experience but probably won't consider again
Pros:

Staff and cleaners were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our luggages with no hassle. Room is more spacious compared to other hotels in the same tier. Public bath is free.

スタッフさんも清掃の方も、みなさん親切で丁寧に対応してくれました。荷物も快く預かってもらえて助かりました。同じクラスのホテルと比べて、部屋が広めなのも良かったです。大浴場も無料で利用できます。

Cons:

Check-in time is overly strict (minor). The major disappointment for us is the public bath: it's being advertised to have a view of the cityscape at night but when we went they were covered. Images online also made it look bigger than what it really is. There are better hotels on the same tier with better amenities, freebies, and comfort at a much lower price range.

一番残念だったのは大浴場です。夜景が見えると宣伝されていたのに、実際に行ったら窓が覆われていて見えませんでした。ネットの写真も、実際より広く見えるように撮られている印象でした。

Sehr angenehm, ruhig und zentral.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war hauptsächlich japanisch mit westlichen Frühstücksoptionen. Es war sehr gut und auch für Vegetarier geeignet. Alles war gekennzeichnet, so dass man wusste, ob es Fleisch oder Fisch enthielt.

Cons:

Vor dem Eingang stand ein altes Fahrrad mit einem Fahrradkorb voll Müll. Das machte einen schlechten ersten Eindruck.

Location is great.

Cons:

Getting in and out of the bath for a shower is quite dangerous - especially for older people. There are no safety rails. There is a very complicated procedure to get your room cleaned the next day using the television. It would be better to find a better system.

Pros:

Great location with a short walk to the subway line, many restaurants in the area. Loved the rooftop spa and the fact that it was open all night for a late night dip! Large breakfast including homemade tofu and a wide selection of soy sauce.

Cons:

The room itself felt spacious thanks to the large window but there was no storage space for clothes or luggage which made feel a bit cramped. Would also have been nice to be able to air the room a little bit but the window didn’t open.

Zeer comfortabel en luxe feeling
Pros:

De locatie is heel dichtbij Shimbashi station. Ongeveer 10 min lopen.
Heel hygiënisch en meedenkend aan het milieu.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was minder, maar als je geen zin hebt om buiten de deur te eten is het okay.

Pros:

Очень хороший отель с точки зрения расположения! Персонал очень любезный и отзывчивый, все для клиентов! Завтраки скромные, но достаточные, есть и европейский вариант. Проблем с интернетом не возникало. Очень порадовал онсен, посещение которого включено в стоимость со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями.
Уборка не каждый день, об этом они пишут при бронировании, но полотенца меняют ежедневно. и можно заказать уборку на любой день. когда вы сочтете, что пора бы)

Cons:

Номера прямо очень не большие, в некоторых не открываются окна и если вы чувствительны к кондиционеру, то свежий воздух в номере будет отсутствовать... мы были втроем с ребенком (6лет), тесно, чемоданы поставить некуда, размещение всех вещей предполагается на вешалке за входной дверью. Мы, в итоге, просили поменять номер, чтобы была возможность проветривать номер!

Pros:

Super god beliggenhed, tæt på en masse gode spisesteder og på Shimbashi station. I modsætning til andre hoteller vi har boet på, hvor man bor tæt på trafik, var der meget stille på vores værelse hvilket var dejligt. Fint størrelse på værelse. Vi benyttede os ikke af onsen men hørte meget godt om det.

Cons:

Vi skulle vaske tøj og brugte deres tørretumbler. Udover man desværre ikke kan indstille temperatur på tøjvask, var vores tøj heller ikke tørt efter tørretumbleren. Vi hang det derfor op på værelset og opdagede først efter at vinduet på værelset ikke kan åbnes, så vi kunne slet ikke lufte ud. Derfor kunne der ofte lugte indelukket på værelset.
