A great place to celebrate birthday night!
Pros:

Easy check in process, room are comfortable, definitely love the tub, got high room as requested and helpful staff. The breakfast have quite variety. Owh, the welcoming drink is nice btw. And thank you for the complimentary birthday brownie too.

Cons:

The hotel parking is shared with mall parking. Quite a challange to find parking nearby the hotel lif as the entrance slightly hidden.

The room is spacious with nice view and rooftop swimming pool has great city view as well, buffet breakfast is good with lot of various menu to choose. Great Experience with Delicious Food and Friendly Staff

Wonderful Stay at Le Méridien Petaling Jaya

I do NOT have a wonderful experience with Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur in the past during our last visit few years back so I was a bit skeptical when one of my extended family members decided to book a stay with Le Méridien Petaling Jaya. My worries turned out to be unnecessary and things turned out better than expected. Mr Ramate, the Duty Manager recognised my in-flight platinum elite status and provide us access to the Club Lounge. For the first time, I feel truly valued back as patron of Marriot programme despite my bad experiences with Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur in our last trip. What could I say about Le Méridien, let bygones by bygones? Hopefully under the new leadership of a new general manager, things will continue to improve better in Le Méridien Petaling Jaya. I intended to stay only for one night in Le Méridien Petaling Jaya but decided to extend our stay further due to the staff’s warm hospitality and genuine service, making us feel welcome and elevate the in-stay experience in Le Méridien Petaling Jaya.
The club lounge has all day refreshments and "advertised" evening cocktails. However, there are no cocktails available during my stay (refer photo screen shot). I was quite disappointed that I dont get my cocktails. Also, the club lounge does not feature a dedicated afternoon tea session within the lounge. That was the downside of my trip. The club seating arrangement is good and spacious, food is great and service is awesome but I still want my cocktails. It makes me thinking whether should I be returning again? with a hope to get my cocktails next time? or be disappointed once again? What do you say, Miss General Manager? LOL.
