Nice location
Pros:

Location is quite central, easy to get Grab, and there is a large mall next to the hotel. Hotel breakfast had a wide range of options though it got a bit crowded and difficult to move around. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and well maintained, and quite well soundproofed - I did not hear much noise from surrounding rooms or the corridor.

Cons:

Had some hiccups with communication - I requested for 3 beds in the room during booking, but during check in the reception staff looked surprised when I asked if the room had 3 beds set up already, and said that he would call housekeeping to arrange it, then when we got to the room there were already 3 beds set up, and still the housekeeping staff turned up with an extra bed later. Seems like the hotel needs to coordinate better. Also, though there were 3 beds, we were only given 2 sets of towels and drinking water, housekeeping staff needs to pay more attention to detail..

This hotel did not qualify for 5 stars.
Pros:

1) Other than the warm walkway which was not air-conditioned, the water pressure in the room is too low and the toiletries given are basic like toothpaste/toothbrush only, the 2 rooms we have are clean and beds are comfortable.
2) beef was stale and hard for breakfast. Nasi lemak is bad and the chef should try out what is good Malaysia nasi lemak especially the chilli which is too hot and not sweet. Cheap cakes and bakery provided. In short, food quality is bad.

Cons:

1) no aircon in the walkway to the rooms; 2) poor quality breakfast; 3) lift required maintenance.
