From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Love the view from 23rd floor. Excellent food at PJ's Bar and Grill. Fantastic view from the rooftop bar. The staff were all friendly and attentive. The room looks new and I love the bathroom lighting and the smell of all the shampoo, soap and conditioner.I was also allowed to a late checkout. Thank you.
The pillow is way too soft. Not good for neck posture. You MUST learn from the Marriott hotel. They have fantastic pillows.

My Room Electricity out of service suddenly during 5-6pm while we stepped in on 6th of Mar,Friday evening.Asking for the PIC (Staff name start with R*****) for this specific issue,but answering with bad English level and no solving problems skills at all. Unprofessional hotel service crews, not well training and not deserve for a 5 stars standard hotel service!!! Facilities is not reachable where there’s no a single trash bin neither the hotel lobby area or the main entrance of the lift room!!!! Staffs never greet when seeing the guests in and out in hotel!!!!

Location is quite central, easy to get Grab, and there is a large mall next to the hotel. Hotel breakfast had a wide range of options though it got a bit crowded and difficult to move around. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and well maintained, and quite well soundproofed - I did not hear much noise from surrounding rooms or the corridor.
Had some hiccups with communication - I requested for 3 beds in the room during booking, but during check in the reception staff looked surprised when I asked if the room had 3 beds set up already, and said that he would call housekeeping to arrange it, then when we got to the room there were already 3 beds set up, and still the housekeeping staff turned up with an extra bed later. Seems like the hotel needs to coordinate better. Also, though there were 3 beds, we were only given 2 sets of towels and drinking water, housekeeping staff needs to pay more attention to detail..
