From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Love the view from 23rd floor. Excellent food at PJ's Bar and Grill. Fantastic view from the rooftop bar. The staff were all friendly and attentive. The room looks new and I love the bathroom lighting and the smell of all the shampoo, soap and conditioner.I was also allowed to a late checkout. Thank you.
The pillow is way too soft. Not good for neck posture. You MUST learn from the Marriott hotel. They have fantastic pillows.

A 5 out of 5 evening cocktail at the executive lounge of the hotel.
We are given extra special treatment from Chef Asri for our iftar (breaking fast) for my family of 9 pax.
The whole set-up made us feel 'special' and truly valued as patron of Marriot programme.
Kudos to Chef Asri for giving us top notch service and is a truly ambassador to the Marriott chain of hotels.
Shout out for staff at the executive lounge Puspa and Umar who always efficient in ensure our multiple stays are both pleasant and fulfilling.l for this trip and the past ones.
I would have rate them full stars if not for the incident with the front desk manager Khai Loon who totally tarnish all our happy past experiences with the hotel.
Definitely felt like Khai personally feel that guest like us don’t deserve to be in the executive lounge based on our appearance and racial profile and not because how much we patronise the hotel to gain our Platinum Elite status.
For the first time, I felt that so belittled and humiliated by his actions. To make matters worse, we are celebrating our weddings anniversary together with friends that we invited to the hotel.
When I pointed out to him, I could see that he is unapologetic and remorse of his actions. I just don’t condone to such behaviour especially with his position as a manager at the front desk!
Luckily the chef Asri stepped in and did some damage control to save the night.

A lovely place with wonderful people. We spent a week at the hotel in a very comfortable room. Everything was of a high standard and completely professional, thanks to Ahmad and Karuna. Club lounge with a large selection of dishes and drinks. I was surprised by the ice cream served during cocktail hours. Dishes served by the wonderful chefs Zin and Naz. Thank you to the entire club lounge team Pushpa,Bipana, Raksha,Barsha,Roshane,Umar and Naisha for your company, for your smile and professionalism every day. It's great to have such a great team at Le Meridien Petaling Jaya.

My Room Electricity out of service suddenly during 5-6pm while we stepped in on 6th of Mar,Friday evening.Asking for the PIC (Staff name start with R*****) for this specific issue,but answering with bad English level and no solving problems skills at all. Unprofessional hotel service crews, not well training and not deserve for a 5 stars standard hotel service!!! Facilities is not reachable where there’s no a single trash bin neither the hotel lobby area or the main entrance of the lift room!!!! Staffs never greet when seeing the guests in and out in hotel!!!!
