Authentic and Excellent Stay
Pros:

Beautiful hotel on a big central square, lots of culture and art within steps of the front door. Excellent breakfast, kind staff, very comfortable rooms and everything you need while visiting Venice!

Should be a 4 star hotel ⭐
Pros:

The staff are so kind and helpful. The hotel is clean and wonderfully charming without being cluttered or dated. Feels like a 4 star hotel just that little but extra in every aspect, including the breakfast options. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when in Venice.

Cons:

Leaving! It was so calming and relaxing. It had the spell of Venice woven into its core, but without the crowds and dirt.

I really don’t want to offend anyone, because the staff were extremely welcoming, kind, and helpful. The hotel’s location is quite good, and the rooms are clean, although rather small.

The only thing that was disappointing for me was that, after paying €300 for just one night — and arriving at around midnight — I was hoping to wake up in the morning, open the window, and enjoy a view of the square, rather than a view of the garbage bins.

That was honestly the only unpleasant part of my stay. I would like to emphasize again that the staff were absolutely wonderful.

The stay was good but being that we stayed during a heat wave got to have a working ac or at least cold water.
Pros:

The location was great! Walking distance to everything in San Marco and the staff was so very helpful! They helped us arrange a water taxi pick up during the Film Festival and helped us with an early airport drop off as well!

Cons:

The room was lively and the staff really made the stay as comfortable as possible! However the ac in our room did not keep up with the extreme heat to keep us cool and the water I the shower was warm/hot so we struggled to keep cool. The staff did bring us a fan which helped so so much.

Possibly the best hotel I have found. Truly magical.
Pros:

Extraordinarily kind and helpful staff. I adored my time at this hotel, in this part of Venice, with the wonderful breakfast that was such good value at €15. The comments on the small rooms are unnecessary because this boutique hotel is one room thick so of course the rooms are small. But they are beautifully decorated with the most comfortable bed and soft cotton sheets. My room became my home for 4 days and I was very sad to leave. The restaurant next door served the best spaghetti with chilli, gardlic a s olive oil and the gelato was too good. This hotel is exceptional and peaceful and the best decision I made! Thank you to all the staff ❤️

Staff are brilliant!
Pros:

What a lovely little hotel. Home away from home. Great location, with private seating in the plaza where you can get a drink and watch the world go by. Would love to stay there again.

Cons:

The room was a little too warm for my liking. Other than than perfect.
