Había CHINCHES.
Ha sido la peor experiencia de hotel de mi vida, llegamos y tuvimos que esperar, no sabía que teníamos una reserva, ya pagada. Nos hizo esperar ya que no entendía inglés, español, ni si quiera el traductor en turco, así que tuvo que venir un amigo suyo para poder comunicarse con nosotros, nos comentó que había perdido la cuenta de booking y por eso no sabía que íbamos a llegar.
Tras dormir allí la primera noche mi pareja durante el día se vio varias picaduras, como es alérgico a los frutos secos barajamos ambas opciones y al llegar al hotel revisamos todo y efectivamente vimos chinches. Así que nos marchamos de allí, teniendo que pasar la noche entera en el aeropuerto, noche que ya teníamos pagada en este hotel. No le dijimos nada al dueño, ya que cada vez que intentábamos comunicarnos con él era imposible pues no nos entendía.

Les chambres sont propres, bien entretenues et équipées de l’essentiel pour un séjour agréable. L’emplacement est très pratique, permettant un accès facile aux principaux points d’intérêt. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Parfait pour un séjour court ou long, que ce soit pour le tourisme ou les affaires, le Grand Papurus garantit une expérience simple, confortable et efficace.

Bed sheets and pillows were full of dust...extra mattresses were stored in the hallways

My room at the facility was very clean. I liked the attention and concern of the staff. The location was nice. If I come to Istanbul again, I will definitely stay here.
In terms of location, it was incredibly clean, especially the rooms were very nice, large and spacious. It is a really good hotel in terms of price and performance. We will come here again next time.
One of the best places in the heart of the main Taksim. Right opposite to British Embassy and few meters from the main Istiqlal Street. The staff is super helpful. Rooms are clean and bigger than all the other places you will find the rooms in this price.
You can never want more than you get. Perfect location in the heart of Istiklal Street, spacious rooms, daily cleaning, nice view, all what you need is few steps away, pharmacies, coffee shops, Pizza shop, grocery shop, exchange office all are less than one minute walking distance.
I chose it because it was close to the consulate. I wanted a quiet room and my expectations were met. The cleanliness was good. At the same time, I visited it because it was close to the Galata tower, for both business and holiday.Thanks :)
