las camas estaban cómodas, ubicación muy céntrica, estacionamiento gratis, el aire acondicionado esta excelente, personal muy amable

El personal de RECEPCIÓN ES PÉSIMO, para el pago te piden hasta la cartilla de vacunación, si ya te has hospedado anteriormente, deben tener tus referencias y luego para el pago te piden tu tarjeta, le dije que yo la ingresaba, pues obvio no te dan la opción de pasar el chip forzosamente tienes que ingresar la tarjeta y poner la clave, Y luego por la mañana la que me atendió en Recepción una Cara de que no le agrada su trabajo

En RECEPCIÓN PÉSIMO, parece que te hacen un favor.
Además de este día de hospedaje me quedé dos más y el pago fue en el hotel directamente, pero te piden casi hasta la cartilla de vacunación, te piden la tarjeta para pago aunque tengas que poner tu clave.

Me hospedé en este hotel en el centro de Puebla, muy cerca del Zócalo, y la ubicación fue sin duda lo mejor de la experiencia. Está a unos pasos de la catedral, restaurantes y varios puntos turísticos, lo que hace muy fácil recorrer la zona caminando.
