La atención del personal del turno de la mañana
La aptitud de la chica que estuvo en la noche
Me hospedé en este hotel en el centro de Puebla, muy cerca del Zócalo, y la ubicación fue sin duda lo mejor de la experiencia. Está a unos pasos de la catedral, restaurantes y varios puntos turísticos, lo que hace muy fácil recorrer la zona caminando.

Nos proporcionaron habitación al llegar (7.30am).
La actitud de su recepcionista nocturno. Quien de entrada te recibe de mala gana , me negó la habitación, y en la.primera noche al.solicitarle al valet parking me dijo que tendría que llevar el auto yo misma de manera muy grosera.Y para mala suerte estaban haciendo trabajos frente al hotel de reeencarpentamiento, así que nos despertaron a las 6 am .

Ruidoso, sucio, descuidado, no había shampoo ni jabón, personal grosero y poco cortés
Todo el lugar y servicio de calidad, excepto un detalle.
Que despues de las 0000am tu tienes que llevar tu auto al estacionamiento, esta a la vuelta de la esquina pero seria un gran detalle que el servicio fuera 24 hrs.
Y esta ocasión no hubo agua caliente por la noche.
