Pros:

The apartment was clean, well appointed and in a great location.

Cons:

Check in was awful. We had to pay $150 bond and the person checking us in could not tell us when we would get our bond back. We had to pay a $1 transaction fee every time we used our card. Their system would not allow us to pay for the stay on our debit card even though it would allow the $1 transaction on the debit card so we had to pay another $1 to pay for the stay on the credit card. Check in person did not understand the difference between the debit and credit card and could not explain why we couldn't make our payment on the debit card which made the process very frustrating and time consuming. Booking.com said our total cost would be $315 but we were charged $321 plus $2 in transaction fees by the hotel. The person checking us in handled the situation poorly and her manner left a lot to be desired.
