Outlook Ridge Residences N-206

The place had a nice hot water and we love the rain shower head. Staff members were very nice. The building and location are excellent! I am giving it a three star because the unit we stayed in had a sewer smell coming from the bathroom and kitchen. Pillows have bad musty odor. Some of the coffee mugs had broken handles. TV only had one channel. The overall unit is good. We had a ver nice stay.

No 110 outlet to hooked my phone, no hot water, no toilet paper, dirty bathroom floor, white bucket with cup in the bathroom ( you have to boil water to have a warm shower)

broken. Reception staff were ok. Very disappointing trip ! I had to moved to another hotel!! I should be refunded for the entire amount of this booking. This location should be remove from Expedia! My worst travel accommodation experience ever!

Staff did not inform us what we needed to know, especially when we asked for the laundry service. At first, we are advise that we have to do it on our own but din not inform us that's we should buy the detergent soap

Very cozy

The building itself is situated at a perfect N facing angle atop a mountain which gives unobstructed view of the region. Great amenities and staff. The 2bedroom suite we rented has a beautiful contemporary design, well layed out, clean and has a well equipped kitchen.

Good value for money paid. Good location and easy to find. Bring your own soap, shampoo and conditioner as not provided. Restaurant on premise is disappointing but not owned by the hotel.

Building itself overall is okay. Restaurant is very good. South side views and restaurant's terrace views are great. But this unit (603) has bad smells in the bathroom, which flow into the whole apartment. Seems like the shower doors trap water causing mildew/mold, plus seems like someone used some chemical perfume to try to mask it. Also sewer smells came in to the bathroom once in a while, not sure how, probably through the exhaust vent when it was off. Not pleasant lol. Also, the nearby apartment building and/or other houses have alot of dogs that bark on/off throughout the night, plus some people are periodically noisy, creating a very noisy environment for sleeping. So I'm sorry to say but I don't recommend this hotel. Staff was great though, and the odors issue COULD be fixed by replacing shower doors with a curtain and diagnosing the periodic sewer smell. But as for the general area's dog barking, I don't know if that's fixable without new city noise laws. So, if you don't mind dogs barking alot, and you got a unit in better condition than this one, it may be okay for you.

You are simply getting the best out of your money if you get this place. I wish we could have stayed longer. Even if there were 6 of us, the place never felt clustered. We do admire the modern feels of the condo, from location to amenities. It is the best bang for your buck. Ohh wait, the rooftop view is to die for. I will explain it like this, you simply have a mines viewl ike at the rooftop. We will recommend this to anyone who wants stay in baguio for a break.

To be honest this was one of the most relaxing places i have ever been in many years of travelling . The host and owner Clinton was amazing extremly friendly and helpful with tour information and places to see .
The apartment was very clean and accomadating with the massive bonus of a great kitchen with all appliances included .
The views and walks around Outlook Ridge Residences of the mountains and surrounds are breath taking and safe .
This area is one of the most beautiful cleanest areas i have ever come across , and the foods , shopping and the coffees oh lord the coffee truly wonderful .
Do yourself a big favour and treat yourself to this quiet beautiful holiday and contact Clinton he is a very friendly helpful host and believe me he will be recieving my sole accomadation business in the future without doubt .

We were very happy with the place! Great People with great customer service. The place was clean and we felt very at home.

This property is more like an Airbnb and the host was accomodating with some items. However, there were a couple of important items that we were not happy/satisfied with. I had asked to use the fitness center on site but I was told that this was only possible for an additonal charge. I mentioned that the fitness center was advertised. This is when I was told that the amenities were available but not INCLUDED.
The second issue I ran into was the bed in the main bedroom. It still had the original cover (plastic) from when they bought it from the store. Since the cover was plastic, it was very uncomfortable (hot) and loud during the night. The property did not have an airconditioner and the fan did not completely help the issue of the temperature. We did not sleep for the duration of our stay.

The place has a very nice mountain view, very clean place and modern style of living. I will certainly go back and stay at this place whenever I'm in baguio city.
