Location was convenient, but the hotel staff were unfriendly and very mechanical in their attitude.
Pros:

Hotel location was convenient. The subway station was within walking distance, and there were many convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

However, there is a Korean horse-racing betting facility behind the hotel. Because of this, there were often older men coming out after betting who were drunk, smoking, and spitting on the street. So, aside from the convenient location, the surrounding environment was honestly not very pleasant.

Cons:

Hotel staff were quite unfriendly. Normally, when guests meet staff in elevators or inside the hotel, employees at least offer a small greeting, a nod, or a simple smile. However, here I consistently noticed expressionless faces or even annoyed looks from many of the staff.

Even during check-out, there was no basic courtesy such as asking “How was your stay?” which is quite standard in most hotels.

Another issue was the refrigerator in the room. It did not work properly, and when I asked about it, I was told it was a wine cooler. There was no wine in the room, and in most hotels a refrigerator is provided so guests can at least keep water cold. It would be more practical if the fridge actually functioned as a normal refrigerator.

I have stayed at this hotel more than three times due to business travel, usually for about a week each time, so it has not been a short or inexpensive stay for me. Because of the repeated unfriendly attitude of the staff, I am honestly reconsidering whether I would stay here again in the future.

The service felt very mechanical — almost as if robots were working at the front desk. The tone and attitude were cold and impersonal, which made the experience quite unpleasant. It seems that staff training could be improved.

Pros:

Ik had een technisch probleem. Dit werd door de mensen van Skypark onmiddellijk opgelost. Verder was ik zeer te spreken over de vriendelijkheid van de mensen, grote kamers en grote gym. Ik kreeg zelfs hulp toen ik iets online wilde bestellen om in het hotel te laten afleveren (een cadeau voor mijn vrouw).

Good location
Pros:

Nice location in Pangyo, close to restaurants, shopping and train station. Room getting a bit dated.

Cons:

Window in room faces outer wall of next building. No view. Breakfast choices did not change over the 3 days.

Convenient, comfortable, and great price.
Pros:

Very clean and great price for the place. Staffs were very helpful and courteous.

Cons:

This place is 40 min from Seoul. So if you plan to be near Seoul, this is not it. However, it is a nice quiet and clean space to stay with friendly staffs ready to help
