Few days in Tawau
Pros:

Location at center of town, short walk to shore and restaurants.

Cons:

Hotel and room clean, but AC should clean up also. Oldish. mosque and noise from street can be hear very well in the room.

Close to Jalan Chester Pasar Malam, Tamu Ahad Sabindo and all the eateries. Good stay for 1 night!
Pros:

Location of the hotel is excellent. It is close to restaurants and eateries. I stayed for one night for Tawau Marathon and on Saturday, just a walking distance to the Jalan Chester Pasar Malam and the next day morning after completing the run, had the experience for Tamu Ahad Sabindo.

The reception (I don't remember his name) was really nice as he helped me to find an info on the shuttle bus that was provided for the Tawau Marathon.

Overall, good experience for 1 night at Check Inn Hotel.

Cons:

The room has no window (and during the booking, I selected no window room - as it was cheaper. No one to be blame :) ).
