Pros:

Bathroom and shower were great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great discount at the bar.

Cons:

My partner and I could not feel the aircon so the room was quite hot. We tried to open the windows to get some fresh air but they would not open.

Cons:

For the money we got charged, I expected it to be really good. The air conditioning sounded like it was a washing machine. It was very noisy you could hear everything. The curtain was broken. The bed was hard. Staff didn't smile or make you feel welcomed. My dinner was a roast with Yorkshire pudding that was overcooked it was very bland.

Great Stay!
Pros:

Comfortable room in an excellent location. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Great food in the pub.

Cons:

Room was slightly smaller than we hoped when booking. Our fault though we should have realised we were only booking a studio and should have gone for a suite.

The staff was friendly and it was a old building with lots of history

Cons:

Aircon didn’t work so the room was boiling hot the whole time, hot water was warm and really low pressure. Got charged a deposit which wasn’t specified while booking

I was very un impressed, building looked totally derelict.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

Cons:

Very poor demographic, check in was the worst I have ever experienced in the belle shop!, room had an old stale smell, location was not great.
