A good value stay
Pros:

Good value and convenient location

Cons:

Hotel busy at check in so difficult to find close parking.
Would like to come again with our child but only 3 bedroom apartment available for more than 2 people.

Cons:

I had the rump steak and salad very poor rump steak tough and not cooked to what I asked and salad was some mixed leafs and two cherry tomato.

Pros:

Just down the road from Guildford train station which takes you straight into Perth. Guildford is a beautiful town right near Swan Valley

Great place for a large group stay
Pros:

This was a great place to stay with a large family or group. Rooms are large and kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of room to spread out and nice courtyard area also. Room service was excellent- quick and delicious.

It was ok for a night
Cons:

There was no soap to have a wash,just as well we brought our own.wouldn’t book you again ,as I didn’t know there was stairs to the rooms ,which I had trouble with.

Very disappointing. Cheap but noisy night with trains and planes. Not worth it.

Highly recommend for a clean, comfy hotel close to airport.
Pros:

Great location close to airport with lively places to eat and drink an easy walk away. Great value for money.
Stayed overnight in order to catch a flight at Perth Airport the next day.

Happy little Vegemite
Pros:

Room 5 is the best so far ... the bed was comfortable i slept like a baby .. the balcony to have my coffee was relaxing sort of traffic very loud..
Pub downstairs stairs always good .

The microwave jn room was j helpful th e bathroom so big I could of done a cart wheel in it ..

Quite close to airport so very handy ,trains and planes a little noisy

Taking my suitcases up and down almost 2 flights of stairs as no lift .
