Lovely staff and prime location made for a great stay.
Pros:

Good buffet breakfast choices. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Location was excellent.

Cons:

Shower door leaked. Overall room and some amenities are a bit "tired", such as the upper pool area needs renovation. May be good to offer hand towels for the shower ("wash cloths" for applying soap). We asked but none were provided.

Absolutely recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Everything was AMAZING…great polite staff, great safe location, meals were great and the room and bathroom was great. Breakfast included was next level including champagne at breakfast. Location we walked everywhere and was safe enough to go alone. Plenty of power points for all three of us to charge at same time.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about…Hotel was faultless.

Pros:

Great hotel in a great location. Staff were brilliant and really friendly, special shout outs to Ricardo in the restaurant and Ugo from the pool bar who were both fantastic and made a point to remember who we were.

Food was great, drinks were good too and also in line if not cheaper than in town. The hotel also sorted out our transfers to the airport for us for a good price in a comfortable vehicle with friendly drivers. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels replaced so no issues there either, they also supply pool towels for you behind the bar on level 5 so no need for your own.

Sorrento is fantastic and we will definitely be returning

Cons:

Only small thing I could probably pick up is the pools looked like could of done with a clean, however this was right at the end of season so really minor details for me to pick up.

Excellent
Pros:

Breakfast was typically italian with a great choice. The hotel location is central,and with a few minutes walk from Sorrento train station and the shop's and restaurants are within a comfortable walking distance. The hotel rooftop terrace is lovely and the quality of the food at lunchtime is very good. The hotel restaurant is way better than many of the restaurants outside and in many ways offers better value. The service in the hotel is good and very discreet. Francesco who heads the restaurant service is superb and an asset to the hotel.

Cons:

They have been rude and unpolite during the check in operation: they have me sign paperwork for a room, then they assigned to me a different number. From you room you can hear everyone else business and our neighbors was very “active” during our stay…TG only 1 night!

המיקום מעולה מרכזי אבל עדיין לא סמוך לרעש של הכיכר המרכזית. יש חנייה נוחה במלון בעלות 25 יורו ללילה. המלון מאוד נקי. שודרגתי לחדר זוגי ללא עלות.

ארוחת הבוקר בסיסית, לקפה מהמכונות יש טעם לוואי והמיצים פשוטים תרכיז מעורבב במים.
