Fantastic location
Pros:

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of town, lots of restaurants, shops nearby, beach/lighthouse nearby, really good! You get good breakfast taken to a table outside your room as well, there was plenty! The reason I rated cleanliness low is that we found the toilet covered in water upon arrival (as we did in other places in Sri Lanka), which might actually be a sign of it having been washed, but to me it's not very nice having to dry the toilet seat first. Also nice, soft blankets were provided, but again, I don't know if these are washed after each guest? Perhaps the manager can comment on this and clarify? The staff was super friendly and helpful and always available downstairs, even though there is no real reception desk. I would stay here again! Thanks for everything!
