Gostamos da amabilidade e profissionalismo do Staff e, particularmente, da decoração do espaço ao estilo original do edifício do século XIV. As acomodações são excelentes com tudo aquilo que é necessário. A localização no centro histórico de León é excelente.

Mucho ruido de las escaleras, de los suelos que es todo de madera; se oye a todo el que viene y va. la música tan alta por la noche del bar de abajo.

Hacia mucho calor y solo teníamos un ventilador que no refrescaba nada y los suelos de madera sonaban de forma exagerada tanto en la planta en la que estábamos como en la planta superior por lo que fue muy complicado dormir
This is a lovely hotel, around 15-20 min walk from the train station, right in the centre of Leon, a 5 min walk down from the Cathedral, bars, restaurants and museums. The staff were lovely, we didn't have breakfast as there were plenty of cafés nearby and we wanted to explore and get the most of the city. The atmosphere and decor of the hotel gave it great presence and a feeling that this was a place that has been used for years by visitors and pilgrims on the Camino.
The beds were not the worst I've slept on, but not the best either and the pillows just did the job, but that is personal preference and possibly cultural based on what I'm used to. There was one round tubular pillow per person on the bed (I had a double), but there was a larger square one in the cupboard that helped. I could have asked for different pillows but they did the job.
It is worth knowing that if you're a light sleeper the stairs outside are creaky so as the hotel is used by people on holiday and on pilgrimages/the Camino you'll have people coming in late at night and others leaving early in the morning. It wasn't the worst and I settle back to sleep quickly so I didn't mind.
The code for the door has a note in Spanish asking people not to use the stairs late at night- there is a lift but people at least some people ignored or were unaware of the request.
La ubicación es inmejorable y el trato del personal increíble (recepción, limpieza y la persona que nos ha atendido en el desayuno un amor todas). Además el desayuno muy completo y muy rico. La cama muy cómoda también.
Hemos estado en otras ocasiones y siempre habíamos tenido habitaciones preciosas con grandes ventanales pero esta vez la habitación (último piso) era bonita y estaba súper limpia pero tenía una ventana en el techo muy pequeña y casi no había luz.
Además se oyen muchos ruidos en el pasillo.

La ubicación. Excelente trato del personal. Las camas muy cómodas, el bullicio del exterior no se notaba, buena insonorización.
Al ser el suelo de madera, el simple hecho de andar crujía mucho y sobre todo las personas de la habitación de arriba, muy ruidoso.

L'hotel è ospitato in un edificio storico , in posizione centralissima. L'ambiente è molto suggestivo e le stanze sono sufficientemente ampie.
Lo staff è stato latitante. Essendo la struttura ubicata in zona pedonale non riuscivamo a trovare il modo di raggiungerla. Abbiamo chiamato in hotel per avere informazioni e suggerimeni. Non solo la persona che ci ha risposto non parlava inglese ma non ha saputo fornirci alcuna indicazione. Siamo stati costretti a lasciare l'auto in un parcheggio sotterraneo nelle vicinanze dell'hotel, fuori dalla ZTL e abbiamo trascinato i bagagli fino alla struttura. Anche durante la nostra permanenza abbiamo avuto poche informazioni dallo staff.
