The hotel is a historic building in the city centre. It has a lot of rustic charm. It is just off the Main Street leading to the cathedral and avoids a lot of the noise during the evening.
There are some limitations when trying to provide quality services for clients in a historical building.
El ruido que hace el suelo, todas las veces que he ido me ha tocado la habiacion 101, no sé el porqué, en la habitacion de arriba también todas las veces que he ido, parece que se están paseando toda la noche, con el consecuente problema para dormir

Brilliant position in the old town and great for the Cathedral, restaurants and the Camino. This is a very old building which has been very nicely made comfortable for hotel use, and we had a large room with a very well functioning air-conditioning system, and a great bath tub in a pleasant bathroom. Although there are wood floors throughout, we were not particularly bothered by noise. There are lovely landing areas on each floor with interesting furniture so a real historic ambience. The Security for the hotel was good, with a well attended reception desk through to quite late hours, and good front door security.
The check-in process while very efficient was a little bit impersonal. Our interactions with staff after that however were fine.
I stayed here about 10 years ago but this time it was a huge disappointment. The staff was rude and did little to nothing to make this an enjoyable stay. The TV did not work and even when eventually “fixed” didn’t stay fixed. The street noise all night was horrible. Michael
Céntrico y cuidado, me encantó que cada habitación tuviese su decoración especial (con pájaros y ríos) y fuese tan espaciosa y cómoda. Todo muy limpio y con mucho mimo, en un edificio tradicional que sacaba adelante ese lujo del que hablan con mucha solvencia. Las recepcionistas fueron majísimas. ¡Gracias!
Poniéndome quisquillosa, la cisterna hacía algo de ruido y el ventilador se quedaba un poco corto para los calores del verano. Pero vamos... muy muy buena experiencia. Repetiría sin dudar.
Ubicacion excelente, el desayuno esta bien, y el hotel es muy bonito pero hay que tener en cuenta que los suelos son de madera y el ruido se siente dentro de las habitaciones

Petit déjeuner complet (le jambon était bon, le fromage très ordinaire)
Emplacement centre-ville, très bien.
Decor de la chambre original ( murs rouges et poutres apparentes). La clim était efficace.
Par erreur j’avais retenu pour 2 nuits, je m’en suis aperçue 6 semaines avant mon arrivée, et je n’ai pas pu obtenir de remboursement de la 2e nuit, même partiel.
