Location was perfect, central. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Considering availability in the area, price was ok.
Tiny ice maker in common area. Party with DJ on the rooftop till 10pm, lingering loud guests afterward. Didn't realize I would have to pay extra for parking.

No staff at night so if there were noise issues from other guests it was a problem.
Hot sauna and rooftop spa views are beautiful.
The showers look pretty fancy but some features weren't working.
Either Booking.com or the Savoy was remiss in the description of the hotel: there are no elevators. Didn't discover this until after we'd paid, nonrefundable. Chose not to stay--my 82 year old husband walks only with assistance. BOO!
Very comfy beds
Great location, very comfortable room and lovely amenities such as hot water on demand for tea and coffee.
Very disappointing experience. The room was extremely small and the bathroom was very dirty and unpleasant.
The biggest issue, however, was being charged an additional $243 after I checked out despite having already prepaid the full cost through Booking.com. The charge appears on my credit card as Savoy Hotel. When I contacted the hotel, they said they didn’t charge me and therefore couldn’t refund it. Booking.com also confirmed they have no record of the additional charge.
Being charged more than double what I agreed to pay and then being told nobody can explain or take responsibility for the charge is extremely frustrating. I would not stay here again.

It's a boutique hotel with a European feel.
It’s cool. It starts out feeling a little
‘Budget’ but when you get past the security door it is cool and comfortable. Very peaceful.

Great location on the edge of the city centre. Rooms look great and feature comfy beds. There is a nice common area in the middle of the building with coffee/tee and cold beverages. The rooftop terrace provides panoramic views over the surrounding mountains.
The rooms are on small side and don’t have closets. There are only three wall hangers for your clothes.
I had booked with diff hotel , they double booked me so they made arrangements to stay at the savoy, my stay was great probley the best shower ever have had they are simpler to a cruise ship fantastic , friendly staff great experience I would highly recommend
