A place with a lot of potential that still seems to be getting its act together.
Pros:

The location was excellent, the rooms tidy.

Cons:

Booking of the hot tub and sauna was disorganized, with clashes in bookings and the sauna cold on arrival, no towels or robes. We also had a staff member enter our room (I assume to check that it had towels, since it seemed that a few rooms didn't), after we checked in, but obviously thinking our room was empty.

The Savoy is a great spot from which to explore Nelson
Pros:

Good experience!
Pros:

We really liked the location because it was very easy to find, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The room itself was smaller than we had expected it to be. Additionally, the beds were a bit too soft and squishy for a comfortable night's sleep.

Amazing! We will definitely be back!
Pros:

Conveniently located on Baker Street. Also our suite was beautiful, clean, modern yet cozy! The rooftop hot tub was a great place to relax after a day of hiking in the beautiful Canadian mountains!

Cons:

Parking was tricky but it always worked out fine. One night we had to park up the street and walk but it was easy and very doable.

We love the Savoy Nelson
Pros:

We loved our stay at the Savoy Nelson! We choose the King Suite for our family of 5 and it worked out amazingly well! The hotel itself is nice, comfortable, clean, updated yet charming in style. Its location was perfect, allowing us to walk Baker Street for shopping and restaurants and down to the formers market on the weekend! The rooftop hot tub was a great place to unwind after a day of hiking the beautiful Canadian mountains! We will definitely stay at the Savoy again on our next trip to Nelson!
