Clean, professional, good food and friendly staff
It overcharged for the period of our stay
It is a gorgeous hotel with top notch hospitality! It was as always, an incredible stay. One of my favorites.
Loved everything about it, including location, service, the 8 Eleven restaurant and in general, everything
Stayed here for a few nights on the front and back end of dropping off/picking up my daughter from on campus summer program. Employees were all amazing and super nice, including those at the restaurant, bar and coffee shop. Rooms were very clean. Very convenient to walk to Target and of course, have on campus activities. Would definitely stay here again if we were in town.

Overall amazing - give them a try!
Finally decided to stay in this beautiful hotel right on Purdue's campus on a summer weekend. I booked the bay suite as a treat, so we'd have more space (I figured I'd probably not get the chance during the school year, I'm sure it's booked solid through games etc). When we got there, they initially sent us to a regular room, so we turned around and went back to the desk. The attendant cited "computer issues," which could be, and were able to move into the suite.
First floor is not my favorite, and as a long-time Bonvoy member I usually request a higher floor, but this is West Lafayette, IN, and I was happy to be in the suite. It had all the little things we like - Nespresso maker, refrigerator and microwave, a half bath in the hallway for convenience. Other notable benefits: several large screen tv's, mini bar, full sized kitchen table, and even some dishes and things if you bring leftovers back to the room. I normally like to have a nice bathtub when I'm paying suite prices, but in this suite, you get a wonderful waterfall showerhead! I now want to install one in my home bathroom!
Best of all, and the thing I rank highest on, every employee was smiling and helpful. that's an automatic 5 in my book. I know this hotel is pricey for the market, but it is also one of a kind. Can't wait to stay again, and if available I might try to get the suite again. There are also one-bedroom suites that I think would work great for 3, and I would certainly be fine booking one of those.
Tip for parking - you can valet (which I did the final night for ease in the am); but they also offer a $15/day pass for the garage across the street w/in and out privileges. Highly recommend.
It was great ! Love the authentic classy decor!
Maybe special reservations for the hotel guests in the restaurant. Or to ask when check in if dining and make reservations then. We had to sit at the bar which was nice except with a child it’s not the best.
Very comfortable and clean room with all necessary amenities. Hotel restaurant was delicious. Located just across the street from our conference.
This was our 4th time staying at this hotel. This particular weekend was for Spring Parents weekend, a busy weekend for sure!! That said, the hotel and staff did not disappoint. A wonderfully located spot on campus where the atmosphere & rooms are stylish and sophisticated and well cared for. It Purdue nostalgia, with a modern vibe. There is a great specialty coffee bar right on property & restaurant, the 8Eleven Bistro. Great menu and food. Lovely for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Thank you for your attention to details, Kaylena. The best part is the STAFF, many of whom are students! We love our front desk staff...Larken, Mya, Ellie, Owen and of course, Jackie. They are helpful, friendly and make our experience at the front desk a pleasure. One cannot forget a mention of the Boiler Up Bar. This is also inside the hotel, serving up craft cocktails or your standard favorite. Tatiana always remembers us and knows our favorites. She is delightful! Also, a shout out to Sydney and Cody as well, they all take very good care of us. We feel very at home there, a cozy spot with excellent service by these folks, even when its super busy. We appreciate you! We have not yet met Damon Bell, GM of the hotel (we had met Vickie Wicks former GM) but we will say he's doing a stellar job. We did have the pleasure of meeting Bryan Hawk, Director of Room Operations who kindly helped us with something without us even asking. Thank you so much Bryan. This is the kind of care and service you can expect. Marriot should be exceptionally proud of the team in place at this hotel. We are Platinum Elite members and only leave reviews when we have had exceptional service. Thank YOU.
