Great location and friendly staff! But you’ll need to be able to navigate stairs.
Pros:

It was a perfect location near the Royal Palace and river. Very convenient to walk to many sights and surrounded by great restaurants (local and tourist).

The Royal Palace gardens and river walk at night were both an easy 5 minute walk away.

Cons:

The clothes washer did not work. But the staff washed our clothes for free because of the issue.

The beds were in a loft up a short staircase. So if you have mobility issues, this might not work.

But with the excellent location and staff…and most importantly, the excellent AC (!) we loved our stay.

Pros:

So close to main attractions-great value for the price! We also loved the loft and room layout. Really fun vibe and decor. The staircase to rooms was beautiful. The mattress was firm! But not lumpy-my back very much appreciated the comfort! Staff are so genuinely kind and helpful.

Cons:

We didn’t care, but there isn’t an elevator-fyi. My kids felt the AC was too cold.

The location was great and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

There were quite a few things that were broken, damaged or not working properly. We stayed in the duplex for 4 people so the value for money wasn't too bad but I think the small rooms were a bit pricey compared to some other places we stayed in the same area.

Ich habe Doppelzimmer Deluxe gebucht und habe ein stinkendes Zimmer ohne TV unter aller Niveau.. und dafür wollte die Muslim Girl an Rezeption aufschlag von 30 USD.. ich musste vorzeitig das Hotel verlassen, obwohl ich über Sie, Booking, bezahlt habe.. die haben mich auf die Straße rausgeschmissen.. mein am schlechtesten Erlebnis seit ever.. ich habe so was noch nicht erlebt.. die Nummer, die aufgeführt ist, das ist eine Nummer für alle zehn Hotels, die diese China Group RS betreibt. Da ist eine Frau, die sich als Putzfrau, Managerin, Rezeption und Director ausgibt. Und von Ihnen kam auch kein Support, obwohl ich Ihnen mehrmals geschrieben habe! Hochachtungsvoll g.dinter

Находиться в 3 минутах от набережной. Комната двухъярусная: на втором этаже находиться кровать и там-же кондиционер.
Постельное чистое. В номере есть холодильник, фен для волос, электрический чайник, чашки. Первое время в душевой был сильный запах канализации, но потом, после первого приема душа он исчез - может быть просто никто не жил в комнате и высохли водяные затворы канализации. В номере было тихо, соседей не слышно совсем. Тараканов нет, муравьев нет.
Единственное: на втором уровне находиться кровать и потолок там низкий, нельзя стать и походить - нужно почти заползать - т.е. такой несколько не традиционный вариант для европейцев, но мне это не доставляло неудобств, скорее наоборот - прикольно.
Персонал позитивный, всегда помогали, открывали дверь в отель даже поздно ночью с улыбкой. Я доволен !

В номере было не все что заявлено в описании, не было микроволновки, кружек, ножа и не было складного стола рядом с раковиной.
