Café da manhã bom. Funcionários eficientes e educados. Ducha boa.

Cons:

O sistema de aquecimento central não foi ligado mesmo com a temperatura de 1 grau. Ar condicionado quente não deu conta e passei frio no quarto. O hotel não permite late check-out.

Gostamos das acomodações, da limpeza e da disponibilidade e atenção dos funcionários. Apreciamos muito o café da manhã, um verdadeiro café colonial. Excelente!

Cons:

Nossa única observação negativa refere-se à televisão por não se tratar de uma TV que possibilite acessar YouTube.

A localização, instalações ótimas, café da manhã com muita variedade.

Não gostei que o Estacionamento esta sendo cobrado a parte da estadia + taxa de 10% de serviço e extras....desnecessário pois o estacionamento fica no subsolo do hotel, já estive hospedado algumas vezes aqui e não tinha esta cobrança ( então não me preocupei antes ). A fora que o valor da estadia é bem "alto" comparado a outros hoteis de mesmo padrão para se cobrar ainda o estacionamento.
Estabelecimento poderia rever esta cobrança.
