The location and it was clean
I didn’t like the room, the windows were like tinted, no views and no natural light. The interior is very simple for the money you pay and so is the attention to detail. For someone like me who travels often I don’t think the standards were good enough for the price you pay, at all.
The breakfast was very very low standards, cheap ingredients and setting and all the sweet section was industrial. Very little healthy options. I suggest a small menu instead of a cheap buffet where honestly nothing was appealing to eat.
The sunbeds in the pool were old and uncomfortable.
At the restaurant Antonio, we ate very good but we noticed that the staff does not speak English, not one from the full team and that is a struggle as there were a lot of misunderstandings and errors. For such an expensive restaurant you would expect at least two employees to speak English, there were unable to explain the special menu they had outside of the regular menu, so we were unable to order from that menu. Very upsetting
Also the network and WiFi connection is not great, so if you have to work it’s actually tricky.
Next to the beach, clean and modern.
Nice facilities
No restaurant for evening or lunch.
Everything..we go every year we can...the beach the restaurante the swimming pool the staff the ambiente the location.. excellent.
Qe couldn't reserve a table at the ever popular restaurante!
Property is well thought out and interesting. Pool with ocean views a plus. Good breakfast. Masseuse was wonderful and friendly.
Treatment from bartender by pool. He seemed more interested in complaining about the different guests. Impossible to get a table in the restaurant, even being hotel guests.
La ubicación y lo moderno que era
