Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville. Calme, propre

Cons:

En plein hiver, il n'a pas été possible de régler nous même la climatisation, nous avons eu froid la 1ère nuit. Puis le personnel a stoppé le système et nous a remis un chauffage d'appoint, on les remercie.

We enjoyed our stay, however the breakfast option was disappointing.
Pros:

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious, the amenities were very good, the location was excellent and easily accessed.

Cons:

The breakfast option is not represented in the proper manner, a 4 star hotel facility should provide a better option. The breakfast provided was a "breakfast box" and tea or coffee from a paper cup, it did not offer Gluten free or dairy free alternative until raised with management, which they did provide a solution. The Hotel would not provide or offer a refund as i was dissatisfied with the breakfast provided, they instructed me to "take it up with booking.com", this hotel is not booking.com's hotel so ownership needed to be taken.The "Lab" across the road offer a much better breakfast option. A water drinking station on entry would also be helpful.
