Nice apartment and location

Cons:

No fresh water easily accessible to top up water bottles

Staff not particularly proactive in helping and several seemed unfamiliar with the property when asked basic questions eg where can we get water, can we store luggage, are there showers etc

Excellent location near the river and downtown. helpful desk staff who offered excellent directions for points of interest.

Cons:

Wonderful - comfortable , affordable and helpful staff.
Pros:

Amazing value for money. Reception staff member ‘Luca’ was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to arrange something in our room before we arrived (a surprise for my daughter). Beautiful heritage building, clean room, helpful staff and great value for money - especially for river views of Southbank.

とても良かった！また泊まりたい！
Pros:

お部屋からブリスベンの観覧車や橋が見えてとても良かった。
駅からも徒歩12分くらいで騒がしくなくて良かった。
部屋も広くて清潔で快適。
シャワーの水圧もちょうど良かった。
近くにアーケードやスーパーもあり便利。
食器はお皿やグラス、カップ、フォーク、スプーン、ナイフ、鍋、フライパン等、電子レンジとオープンも揃っていたので調理したりリベイク出来たので良かった。
引き出すタイプの換気扇の使い方がわからなくてネットで調べたら、換気扇の端を引き出しのように手間に引っ張るとスイッチが入った。
洗濯機と乾燥機もあり便利。
乾燥機や食洗機も音がうるさかったけど、
静音機能のある日本の製品ではないので仕方がないと思う。

Cons:

3泊目だけベットメイクやペーパーの補助がなくリネン交換とゴミ捨てだけだったのが残念。それ以外の日はベットメイクや掃除は完璧。

Great proximity to the city! Just gets loud at night.
Pros:

Location was great in regards to proximity to everything in the city!

Cons:

Only downfall was the loud music from the pub next door woke us up multiple times in the night.
