Beautiful, tasteful experience
Pros:

We arrived after a holiday overseas, needing a hot shower and a good night’s sleep. The whole ambience - sight, smell and feel - was tasteful and welcoming and we left refreshed and looking forward to another stay next time we’re in Brisbane.

Pros:

Location was great, our room overlooked the park. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Is a little hard to find, it is on a corner and tucked away. The parking instructions were a nightmare as it was offsite. Opted to park in the Myer Centre, cheaper and closer.

Still one of the cleanest hotels in Brisbane
Pros:

Location, cleanliness- so pristine, and a well-maintained hotel.

Cons:

I thought I was upgraded to a "premiere" studio room but somehow the basic studio room I was in a week ago was way better and had more space. Water pressure was bad (maybe because it's on Level 9?). No hot water. Card key didn't work on the morning of check out. Very nice reception staff helped us.

The room was nice and modern

Cons:

The water in the shower leaked all over the bathroom, water pressure was terrible. View from the room was average unfortunately. The location although convenient in the middle of the city and close to the river, we spent over 20 minutes looking for the parking- no signage anywhere wasn’t until I called the phone line that they gave some direction to parking.
