Pros:

Mooi schoon appartement dat van alle gemakken voorzien is en ook alle basis benodigdheden.

Cons:

Wij lagen aan de zijkant, eerste verdieping. De pub tegenover heeft s’avonds muziek waar je last van kan hebben. Gelukkig niet tot heel laat.
Het parkeren voor inchecken is lastig als je met de auto bent. De parkeergarage is lastig te vinden als je geen uitleg hebt gehad. Bij de receptie hebben ze een blaadje met uitleg.

An otherwise great stay in lovely room in fabulous location
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and location is superb.

Cons:

Whilst staff were courteous, they weren’t welcoming. It felt like they didn’t care whether we stayed there or not. There was only one staff member at the desk. After about 10 mins, one young man appeared and then a few minutes later, another staff member appeared but both ignored us and carried on looking on the computer. We didn’t understand why, if there were 3 staff, only one was looking after guests.

An enjoyable stay
Pros:

A lovely ambience and blend with the old and new - tastefully appointed, comfortable and clean. Great view of Treasury Park, the river and Southbank from my window.

A lovely overnight stay in a beautiful place
Pros:

From the moment I walked in I was in awe of the beautiful building, everything was clean and crisp, my room was beautiful and clean and after realising I had a balcony and could see the river it was even better. In the room you could hear other doors etc but at night it was very quiet. I slept well. The bathroom was beautiful, clean and well equipped with shampoo, conditioner and hand/body wash by Ink and Water and it was lovely. Will definitely stay there again, hopefully longer next time.

Cons:

The toilet is quit low down which wasn’t great for my bad knees but I managed

Bien, algunas cosas a mejorar.
Pros:

Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue correcta, como positivo podemos destacar el tamaño de la habitación, la comidad de la cama y la petición de cuna.

Cons:

Como mejora, podría haber estado más limpia, nos dieron una habitación totalmente oscura, con ventanas interiores, además eramos 4 y nos dieron toallas para 2, y por último, nos querían hacer pagar por pasarnos minutos de la hora de salida. Habíamos estado en otros hoteles de la misma cadena y en esta ocasión, no quedamos tan contentos.
