Avsin Apart Hotel

Leider war das Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber, außerdem waren die Fenster undicht wodurch es nachts sehr kalt wurde. Das Badezimmer stank sehr doll. Da wir Kakerlaken hatten, sind wir in ein anderes Zimmer umgezogen, nachdem wir dort aber das gleiche Problem hatten (obwohl es auf den ersten Blick sauberer wirkte) haben wir unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig beendet.
Die Lage dieses Hotels ist gut, da man viele große Sehenswürdigkeiten Fußläufig erreicht. Die Straße in der sich das Hotel befindet ist jedoch recht laut und dreckig.

Overall a nice place for the price and in an excellent location. Walking distance to the blue mosque. Hagia Sofia and a bunch of good places to eat. Pretty clean but could use some updating and cleaning. Shower door was off and just sitting in the shower which caused the bathroom to flood. Air conditioning worked great and the staff was extremely helpful. If you’re on a budget or just staying a couple days and you only need the basics this place is great. I would stay again.

家族で旅行の際に使用させていただきました。
まず驚いたのが、ホテルの周りの治安の悪さです。
ホームレスがホテルの近くに何人かいたり、夜遅くまで子供が歩き回っていたりしていて、夜遅くまで泣き声などが響いていました。
そしてホテルの中ですが、歩く廊下はセンサーで灯がつくようになっていて、通り過ぎるとすぐに灯が消える為、終始暗く、歩くのがとても怖かったです。

配線なども所々壊れた壁から出ていたり、埃なども溜まっていました。

部屋の壁が薄いのか、外や隣の部屋、廊下で通る人の声や音がずっと聞こえる状態で、全く眠れないです。

1番困ったのが、お風呂の床に大きなひび割れがあり、そこから水が全て下から流れ出て、トイレの床が大洪水になります。
床がプラスチックのため、ひび割れた部分がペコペコへこみます。
シャワーのハンドルも壊れていて水を出そうとすると毎回レバーが外れました。
それは流石にスタッフに報告すると、後で拭いておくから問題ないよと、、、タオルを持ってくる対応のみです。
トイレに行くたびに水浸しになるし、洗面は匂いがひどくて最悪でした。
子供が濡れた床で足を滑らせ、頭に怪我などしないかハラハラでした。

8.8という数字と非常に良いというレビューと写真をみて決めましたが、写真も綺麗に映るように撮ってあり、実際の期待とはまったく違うホテルでがっかりでした。
返金を求めたいです。

Everything was fine for the price

They're very friendly staff and kind.

The room was pretty small and the "renovations" were very minimal and of low quality. The overall conditions were very basic. The shower had no curtain and there was a leak in the bathroom. Also, lots of steps to clime inside the hotel, no elevator.
Nevertheless, the bed was fine and we benefited from having a kettle, a fridge and air conditioner in the room. There was a communal kitchen and a deck on the top floor with a nice view. The staff were nice, which somewhat compensated for the poor room condition.

The location is great, the staff is excellent.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There's a shared kitchen and a terrace with a good view. The coast is 15 minutes away with foot. The place is very family friendly. The environment is a bit loud because of the school and the seagulls, but they can't do anything for that. It's in the middle of fatih, which a very traditional district with a lof of shopping opportunities and mosques. Directly beside the hotel there's a local bakery and a fresh milk products store (try Kaymak with honey :)). We enjoyed our stay an we would do it again.

Het is een prima accommodatie voor mensen die gedurende de dag op straat zijn .er is een keuken beschikbaar op de bovenste etage en het hotel is centraal gelegen. De staf is super behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Voor de prijs moet je niet te veel verwachten .

Bon rapport qualité prix correct. Besoin d’un peu d’amélioration de l’équipement.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était très gentil et accueillant. Je ne regrette pas mon choix. Merci encore à eux. À bientôt

The hotel staff was very accommodating, friendly and the location is great for walking to nearby bazar and famous landmarks.

The staff was the most helpful and friendly they did everything to make my stay the best of all

Nur zum Empfehlen, sehr gut lag Macher von Sultan Ahmet Ca : 20 Min Zu Fuss,von Aksaray ist ein Station mit dem METRO zu erreichen Personal sind Hilfsbereitschaft sehr,Freundliche
Hotel ist sehr gepflegt sauber ,Zimmer sind Gross
