Pros:

鄰近千燈湖, 環境幽靜
洗水盆去水位漏水, 幸好情況不太嚴重, 因此沒有向酒店投訴
自助餐款式數量尚可
健身樓層因裝修關閉, 是失分最多的地方
我的手機出了問題, 服務台職員亦槳於協助, 贏回不少分數

Pros:

酒店整體清潔不好，上位客人用過的浴巾，沒有更換；他們準備的morning call, 在我入住後，還沒有取消，所以我們在清早，被MorNing call 弄醒。還有在酒店內的酒樓，容許食客吸煙。非常失敗！

It was alright for the price. Room was a bit small but everything worked well. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff
